Michelle at the front desk was very helpful, courteous and extremely friendly. This was one of the nicer motels that we have stayed in. We had our dog along and it was great that we only charged $20 for the night when you say that your motel is pet friendly. That is an understatement. We really appreciate letting us have our dog in your motel.

The room was a handicap room and the drain in the bathroom floor caused the room to smell musty and like sulfer water. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The road at the entrance to the hotel parking lot had more than one large pothole that could cause damage to a smaller vehicle.

Cleanliness was not so clean! Went into bathroom and dirt on the floor, tub was stained, soap scum on the tub faucet, and when I closed the bathroom door, I discover a dirty towel hanging on the hook, NOT MINE!

I don’t know how this place has a good review.We were upgraded due to the door not opening for our first room and the second room was terrible. The smell of mold smacked you in the face as you opened the door. It was so bad we left coughing after 2 minutes and I nearly passed out in the lobby. The AC unit was covered in black mold and they stuffed dryer sheets in it to mask the smell. We were told the refund wouldn’t be guaranteed because of using a 3rd party. Here we are over an hour later and we’re still coughing and not sure if we’re getting a refund

Although overall clean, there were several specific things that were showed a lack of housekeeping: Opened coffee creamer found in ice bucket, no cups for bathroom, only 1 tissue in box. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were a welcomed add-on, although we were lucky because they just came out of the oven when we checked-in.

When first arrived the ladie was super friendly and sweet no problem with the staff but the room had roaches in the bathroom . When I saw that I wanted to leave but ladie said I couldn’t cause we booked online . I wouldn’t stay there again .

The room was nice, quiet, beds were comfy, no bugs! But the rooms are a bit run down ( nothing horrible) and they are not clean as I’d like. The carpets are stained and the secondary cleaning hasn’t happened. The bathroom floors have buildup of dust and hair from previous guests which is unacceptable. I think they need a new cleaning service here and they’d be an excellent place to stay. Overall I’m not completely upset but I wouldn’t return until that was remedied.
