Bathroom ceiling was leaking, probably from the bathroom above. From the signs on the ceiling it must have been sound so for a while. The air conditioning/ heating did not heat up the room....cold nights. Upon raising this issue, they gave us a portable heater which appeared to be damaged.

Ystävällinen ja asiantunteva henkilökunta. Huone oli mukava ja sieltä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Hotelli oli myös hyvin rauhallinen ja hiljainen.

Arvoisa Iiris Lämmin kiitos arviostanne ja hienoa kuulla, että hotellimme vastasi kokonaisuudessaan hyvin odotuksianne. Mukavaa, että huoneenne oli miellyttävä ja hyvin varusteltu sekä hyvin siivottu. Todella mahtavaa, että saitte vierailunne aikana hyvää palvelua ystävälliseltä henkilökunnaltamme. Välitän mukavan palautteenne hotellimme siivous- ja palveluhenkilökunnalle. Kiva juttu myös, että nautitte rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta hotellissamme. Hôtel agréable visuellement à l accueil, au bar, petit déjeuner. Par contre je trouve les chambres un peu vieillottes, le confort et la propreté sont au rdv. Le personnel agréable, le petit déjeuner très varié.
