Knotts go to spot!
This is our go to spot for vacations to Knotts. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, parking is free, and its right across fro Knotts. The condition has deteriorated some but still not bad and the price is great! Front desk is always helpful!

Great option if visiting Knotts Berry Farm
We like staying here when visiting Knotts Berry Farm and Soak City. The check in is always easy and friendly. They have worked with me on my requests and I have enjoyed staying there each time.

Our 1night stay was coo, the only thing was I wasn't able to take my bath I love to have . Only shower head worked. Overall it was a quiet stay* check-in was quick another good thing.

I have stayed at worse
First, let me say, that the front desk workers were very polite and friendly. You can tell that the motel is really trying. That being said, the bathroom faucet from the shower and bath almost knocked you down with the force. There were no hooks to hang anything on. We had 5 family members and there were only four sets of towels. When I asked for another set, there seemed to be an issue with Housekeeping, but Maintenace did end up bringing more towels. I wouldn't stay here for more than two days, but I can handle it for one or two nights. There were just little things that can be improved on to make the room more comfortable.

I told the front desk that they must have issued me the worst room possible. Most rooms lead out to the parking Lot however my room was in a cooridor that echoed and had several people in and out after hours. It sounded as if they were next to my bed. I do not know about the other rooms but ours was horrible. Bad way to start vacay.

I had a much needed rest for 10 days and it was glorious.I will go back again next time.I had a wonderful room. It was across from knotts berry farm water park. Whenever I opened my window, I could here the children laughing and running and playing across the street. So inspiring and made me happy. I highly recommend this place!

1. cheap price but spacious room -very good 2. Part of washstand was broken, but a big problem 3. Very nice location 3. Hard to find a parking space very late night 4.
