My family and I (8 in total) stayed here for our Spring Break vacation. The house, property, and location were just as advertised in the listing. The sleeping accommodations made it very comfortable for all 8 of us.
We brought enough food for the whole week to save on vacation expenses. As so we used both the fridge in the kitchen and the fridge in the garage which worked out just fine. We cooked breakfast each day, made sack lunches, and returned to cook evening meals with no trouble at all.
The living room and dining room space were also enough to allow for all of us to spread out. Something we would have never gotten had we stayed in hotel rooms. Both were furnished just as shown in the listing.
FYI... Both the front and back yards were in the condition shown in the listing. However, that was not a deterrent for us as we were not there during the day and the weather was snowy so we couldn't have really used the outdoor space anyways. Also, the yards at this location were similar to most of the yards in the neighborhood. My guess is, between the deer eating them and the climate it is probably pretty hard to get a good yard established. Again, it wasn't a deal breaker for us and did not detract from the niceness of the inside of the house.
My only recommendation would be to add a propane or charcoal grill outside on the back deck. Again, not a deal breaker for us as we just cooked our hamburgers on the stove.
I would stay here again! You are surrounded by mountains and the views are incredible. A huge "Thank You" from my family to the owners for allowing us to use your home for the week!
