Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Everyone starting from the front door, lobby, lounge, house keeping, room service, etc. ABSOLUTELY know the meaning of guest service and experience. The icing on the cake was when the concierge will escort you all the way to your room and show and explain how everything works. She was very patient and thorough with me while showing me the room. Then I was brought up a welcome tea :) The room was very clean, quiet, and luxurious. The heat seats on the bidet on cold mornings came in absolutely clutch. I used the room service a few times too. There was a good selection of foods in the room service menu. Food was good. The only thing I’d change was the shower gel and hair shampoo all smelled the same. The smell was a little too strong for me. Haeundae’s “Main Street” is only a flew blocks away and only takes 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk. I will only stay here from now when I’m visiting Busan. This was supposed to be a quick recharge and relax visit for me and everyone there made it happen. Thank you.

Perfect getaway for couples

Absolutely stunning experience. We booked the Deluxe room, came with balcony on 16th floor (out of 19 floors, the floors above us didn't have balconies). Waking up and being able to see the ocean and the harbour from the bedroom and from the sitting area with both sides accessible to the balcony was superb. Amenities were top tier. The breakfast buffet is more than worth the price, no idea if there's a lunch/dinner never checked. Unless there's a sale price on the breakfast at time of booking I'd say wait until check in. We received a discount on the breakfast at time of check-in. Don't recall there being an offer when I booked in advance. There's great restaurants within walking distance. Didn't have a chance to check the pool but we had access to it. Parking was free and easy, and no mechanical parking ! Highly recommend booking your stay here. Won't regret it.

Extraordinary sunsets!

Five star all the way. Had an ocean view with a balcony. Rooms are nearly completely sound proof. The views were incredible and service was even better. Everyone was so kind and wanting to help at every turn. Nice hotel gym and the pool is dreamy, especially at sunset! I didn’t eat at the hotel but there are many options. Location wise, you walk right out of the first floor directly to the beach. Tons of eating near by. There is a “mall” attached to the hotel but it doesn’t look to be full yet. Also close to blue line park. The subway is a 10 minute walk and there’s always a taxi waiting outside if you need that. Would love to stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Signiel, and it remains as impressive as ever. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with a stunning view that adds a magical touch to the stay. One of our favorite parts is the Champagne Hours—it’s such a unique and luxurious experience that truly sets this hotel apart. The refund for the hotel deposit was not very smooth. The deposit was taken with any issue but was told by the counter staff that the deposit cannot be returned and it has to be made via the credit card company which takes 1 week

Would stay again.

Service was excellent. Room was well appointed, clean, high ceilings. Location was great right next to the beach. Gym was large for a hotel gym with plenty of equipment. Very reasonably priced considering the level of service and quality of room.

When we checked in, the fridge was not working at all. I had to have a fridge working since I have a medicine to be in the refrigerator. We ended up to change the rooms 3 times. They should’ve given us an upgrade room since it was their fault but they didn’t until we complained. Horrible experience ever!! We will NOT visit this hotel ever again.
