Everything was excellent except the dinner, which was just ok and some days really disappointing regarding service and food. I suggest not to recommend the dinner offer package at the front desk because it is better for the whole experience that people go have dinner outside until they are able to improve the dinner as a whole. For example service and food at beach club are totally different and enjoyable.

I love almost everything the welcoming at the hotel was one of the best Leo at the reception and Marcelo was very friendly, I’m very happy to see how good they sove some problems and attention to detail. Van driver beach club was super friendly and pontual. The food was good but the only thing that was not so good is the room service take too long like 2 hours for just one plate of food. Apart of that everything was perfect. And I really recommend this place to stay.

The unique thing about the hotel is they offer dinner included. The beach is about 15 minutes walk but they have shuttle to the beach and the downtown area!

great place, great location, breakfast is ok

really nice hotel and service - we had a good deal as we booked the hotel in advance to get a better deal - dont have WiFi in the room, you have to go to the reception to get a bit of internet. This is the only downside. the offer free transfer to the center of the city if you don't want to walk... however, walking from the centre to the hotel is only 20 min walk along the beach. Beautiful views!

You simply cannot go wrong here!

We came for an overnight stay via a drive from Rio, which was overly long just through sheer weight of traffic. So we were hot and tired when we arrived, but it was worth it as the large pool was right next to our room (tree house style cabin). Every room was an individually styled chalet type, interconnected via stone pathways making the resort very intimate. While not overly modern the room was large, comfortable, spotless and had a brand new a/c machine that worked a treat. We got changed quick and got straight into the pool which was refreshing and only had another couple in it. The sun was starting to go down but it was still very hot, so this superb pool (there was also a separate kiddies pool) was welcome respite. Nipping back to our room to change I noticed there was a hammock tied up on the wall of every room. Of course I had to try it and was surprised how comfy it was, particularly for a bloke of my size! There was a shuttle mini bus that we first used to go to the Beach Club of La Foret's sister hotel. The beach itself was mobbed as it was Carnival weekend, but you could tell all the families were enjoying themselves. We missed the last shuttle back to the hotel, but took the short walk back instead. Time for another quick change back at the room, then to grab the shuttle bus into the centre of town for dinner. Buzios was bustling with lots of restaurants and boutiquey shops, and of course Brigitte Bardot! A GREAT stay and will definitely return.

Hotel bem localizado. O ponto forte é a piscina que além de grande é climatizadas e acesso ao beach club. O quarto é pequeno, ar condicionado barulhento, tv pequena e não tem nem Netflix. Café da manhã muito simples. Enfim, achei o custo beneficio muito alto para o que é oferecido.

Muy básico

Hotel básico con un estándar mínimo de calidad. Habitación: colchones duros, sábanas y cubrecamas viejos, toallas viejas y asperas, no hay café/cafetera o agua, considerando que las habitaciones dan hacia zonas comunes no tienen visillos en las ventanas, papel higiénico de la calidad más básica, al igual que shampoo y jabones, todo de la calidad más baja que se pueda encontrar, lo que lo hace sentir de mal gusto. Desayuno: muy básico, con poca variedad y lo mismo, todo de calidad mínima, el pan es lo único que podría decir que se salva. Sentimos que el hotel en general es pretensioso, por ejemplo dicen tener un "bar de piscina" que en realidad es un kiosko aburrido, el club de playa no está cerca, hay que tomar su traslado (incluido en el hospedaje lo que esta muy bien) sin embargo no es realmente exclusivo del hotel y se puede acceder de manera independiente, sin necesidad de ser huerped. Si destaco la piscina y terraza de piscina que es súper grande y limpia, también los jardines que estan hermosos y bien cuidados. También destaco a hay una agencia de turismos ahi mismo. En general precio vs calidad deja mucho que desear, no lo recomiendo.
