The property itself was nice and updated. However, the day after the 100% refund date the owners sent a ridiculously long email of rules for the property like: no guests, no sleeping on the sofas, no messing with the thermostat, no opening windows, ect. The owners were responsive and polite throughout the stay, but if we had known about all the rules when booking I honestly would have chosen a different property as the huge list of rules was an unexpected stress hanging over our head for the entire stay. This property would be fine for a *small* group of quiet and clean adults, but I would not recommend for anyone with children.
