Incredible stay!
Everything was wonderful about this home. The location, large and cozy home, pool, we’ll-stocked kitchen, and rental team were amazing. It’s also in a beautiful and safe community with an easy drive to major destinations. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at Casa Regina
We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Regina. The house was updated and tastefully decorated. We were so impressed with how well stocked house was. We have never stayed at property that provided generous supplies of paper towels, laundry detergent, cooking spices, shampoo and more. Although pathway to beach was not flat but a number of hills up and down, it was only about a 10 minute walk to beach. We had an issue with no water in house for a couple of hours but issue was resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Would definitely return to this property.

wonderful spot
had a great stay in a well apportioned house. The location is 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach that isn't overrun with people. There was a million dollar view of the ocean from the private rooftop patio. Quiet friendly neighberhood that is a short drive to the marina. The management was also 5 star!

Beautiful house, Beautiful city
The house was great! I think it has the best rooftop in the neighborhood. I wish it was a tiny bit closer to the beach, but it is only about a 10 minute walk. The rooms were great and the beds were comfortable. We had trouble with the garbage disposal and the electricity went out a couple of times on the first day. Pablo came over and had people working on it within a couple of hours. He was very helpful when we needed him. A few of the guests spent most of their vacation at the house. If you do stay, make sure you tell your Uber drivers to let the security at the gate know that you're at Casa Regina. My sister and her husband got dropped off at the gate when they got there. They had to walk all the way to the house with their luggage and personal items.

Casa Regina in Cabo Bello
We had a wonderful experience in Cabo San Lucas over Spring break and our stay at Casa Regina in Cabo Bello made it all the more perfect! Great location in a beautiful setting with a short walk down to an amazing beach. The home had all the basic amenities and everything worked perfectly. The property manager was always available to help out with any issues or plan activities that we were interested in doing. She made our stay that much easier! I can't say enough good things about about our stay at Casa Regina. I would definitely love to return some day!

The property is nice and well located in Cabo Bello. The roof top is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. There are some relativey minor maintenance items that I trust the owners and property managers will address. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We had three a total of 7 in our party (3 couples and an adult child). House was set up perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our favorite way to start our day was having coffee on the rooftop and spotting whales in the distance. Check in and check out was easy and any all questions were answered in a timely response. Massages on last day at house- amazing! Highly recommend. Home is located in great location- easy to get to grocery store, walk to beach, and of course a quick 15 minute cab/or Uber to Cabo! Beautiful decor, comfy beds, great pool, and amazing rooftop views! Perfect vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Can't wait to return to Cabo!!

Kristen, my contact was informative and extremely helpful in arranging our excursions. The villa was really nice, clean and spacious. We like that the villa had a purified water system and refrigerator has an ice maker for cold drinks. The villa was maintained by Fredrico and had it was short distance to downtown Cabo (about 10 mins taxi ride). It also had a beautiful rooftop patio for viewing sunrises and sunsets. Everything you see and in the reviews is true
Three couples (8 people) had more than enough room. Deck on roof was spectacular. Pool was serviced twice during our stay and was heated. Used it a lot. I gave the low ratings because directions to the rental were poor. The manager wanted us to use her transportation (expensive). One daughter did. We explained that we were renting two cars for the rest of us. We asked for specific address but only got a street name with no number. Google map or any excursion couldn't find it without a street number. A neighbor finally gave us a number that worked. The exit off the freeway is very tricky but after you get the hang of it it is fine. Once we got there we had a fantastic time. We lost hot water one day and it was repaired in hours. I want to go back.

Beautiful Home!!
First of all Federico was amazing! He met us at the house early so that we could drop off our luggage and had everything ready for us. The home is beautiful and it was perfect for our family and friends. One thing we were not planning to do was renting a car. However, even though the house is located in a perfect neighborhood…walking in the neighborhood is exhausting. A rental car was the perfect fix. We also loved that we had access to the private beach. We will definitely be back and will recommend this home to our friends and family.

Loved this home. The good points totaling outweigh the bad points. Great location in a very safe area, nice to have the pool, the private bathroom in three of the bedrooms were convenient, loved the upper deck, and very clean. Only down side was very loud pool equipment and poor water pressure in one shower. But we agree that we will return to this home in the near future!

Excellent location, beautiful property. Perfectly suited for our family. The pool was the perfect size and heated very quickly. The home has a filtration system but it didn’t work for most of the stay. We ended up boiling water and purchasing what we needed. One of the bathrooms had a water pressure issue but we dealt with it. Communication prior to the trip was slower than we expected from VRBO but everything worked out perfectly. Victor was amazing on check in. The roof top was a great way to end our busy days. Thank you Casa Regina, we’ll be back!

Excellent Experience
Wonderful, clean property in gated community. We felt very safe. The location was great. We did have a car. There is not any stores/restaurants within walking distance but all were within a short drive. There is a small beach which is about a 10 minute walk from the house. Whales could be seen from the beach. The listing and pictures were accurate except the bed on the ground floor is not a king, it was either a full or queen. Loved the rooftop and pool area. We could see whales from the rooftop and the sunset view from there was amazing. Having 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms really worked well for our group of 8. The house had everything you could need including laundry soaps, shampoos, salt/pepper, paper towels. Very well stocked. Check-in was easy. We communicated with Victor who met us there to go over all that we needed to know. He was very helpful. He was easily reachable if we had a problem. And we did, with the water, but Victor responded immediately and had it repaired in a timely manner. The management company sent a lot of information about excursion and transportation opportunities. We wish we had received them earlier than 5 days ahead because we had already made our own arrangements. However, we did use their transportation to the airport and it was seamless. Kristen booked it for us and the driver was great. He picked us up on time, he drove safely and was courteous. The only downfall to the week is the construction on the house across the street. Lots of loud noise, jack hammering, all day long, but we know the owner has absolutely no control over. The lovely waterfall into the pool distracted some of the noise. It was a wonderful week.

Victor was very helpful and attentive. The property is well maintained, supplied and updated. The pool is great, easy to heat and heats up quickly. The rooftop patio has great views of the ocean, arches, and Cabo. Walk to the beach is not too bad takes about 7-10 minutes.

From reserving thru VRBO, to check-in and check-out, the whole process was a breeze. The house was exactly as described. Every bedroom and bathroom was furnished for our comfort. Victor was attentive to our every need. Entrance into Cabo Bello Development was secure and we felt very safe.

Birthday of a lifetime!
A group of 8 people met in Cabo at Casa Regina to celebrate my wife’s 60th Birthday. We had a blast. Victor is great. He came to the house at check in to show us how everything worked and assisted with the welcome party that I had set up. The house was accommodating. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to entertain. With the rooftop view , we’re able to see beautiful ocean views and added some privacy for couples. Book with CPM with confidence. One more thing, the gated community is a nice perk. We felt safe the entire visit.

Great location needs a bit of attention terrific place
Overall this could have easily been a 5 star stay but had two big issues there was a red ant infestation in the kitchen all along the stove and the counters before we even left food out at all the were there also in the bedrooms behind the bed and the would come out and bite you at night they were not bed bugs small red ants once we sprayed the issue was gone, secondly the pool heater and spa didn’t work so we reported it and we’re able to enjoy it the 2nd half of the trip, if it weren’t for those 2 things it’s a 5star gorgeous property very confortable beds
