The staff were amazing. We got a hotel room for 6 hours prior to our flight leaving as we were travelling with our mother who has mobility issues. They knew we were there for a short period of time and gave us access to the executive suite with food which was very nice. The also have a shuttle service to the airport too. Great experience .

We just stay one night. They have free shuttle to airport leaves every half an hr. Few restaurants so you have options to eat. Over all it’s a good place to stay before or after your flight

Very accomodating, had no problem getting a shuttle from the airport despite my flight arriving after midnight, and check in was painless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had such an unexpected range of food options, and I had a lovely stay

Tired room, noisy hotel
The staff are kind, efficient check in. However I was told the I was to be ‘upgraded’ but I was given a standard room as booked. The room was old and needs renovation. Many plug sockets don’t work, the bathroom is old and not clean, the TV didn’t work. Groups arriving with the staff at 2am were very loud in the corridor. I had to go out and ask the staff to keep control of the guests.
