After I received a confirmation I contacted the owner of this apartment and she told me there’s no booking for me and her apartment already fully booked, she asked me to contact Expedia. and Expedia asked me to contact vrbo uk or travelnest, I sent lots of messages and no one was believing me at the beginning, surprisingly the owner told them that I refused to stay at her apartment, I called travelnest immediately and I told them everything and I sent our what’s app conversation and calls and finally they believed me and refunded my money back, the owner of this apartment is not responsible person she ignored most of my calls she such a selfish person, because of her I waisted three days of my vacation on written emails and making expensive international phone calls to travelnest and my bank plus the extra cost that I had to pay to stay in a hotel almost 500£, she could of contacted travelnest and reported this mistake as she was saying, but she didn’t, after all I don’t trust this person.
