Cala Pi Hôtels avec restaurant

"The hotel is very comfortable. The staff is amazing. The reception works very professionally, resolving all issues instantly. A special mention goes to the excellent housekeeping team. We stayed on the 7th floor, and the cleaning was impeccable. Many thanks! The bar staff downstairs is simply outstanding—very attentive and friendly. The restaurant staff are true professionals. Everything is well-organized, extremely clean, and the breakfasts are excellent. The spa is wonderful, featuring a large indoor pool with a jacuzzi and an outdoor area. It also includes a hammam, sauna, ice bowl, and a massage shower. The only downside is the lack of changing cabins. However, the spa is very clean, and free towels are provided. In the room: a nice balcony with a sea view, a spacious wardrobe, a very comfortable bed, and an Italian-style shower. Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic holiday! "Ona Club Cala Pi is a very nice hotel, we had a beautiful view over the swimming pools and the sea and great breakfasts. However, since we came out of season (October), the bar and the kid's area were closed near the pool and the staff didn't seem to care about cleaning the floor around the swimming pool, which is a shame since we had pretty nice days and people were still using these areas. Also, the jacuzzi isn't one since it's just bubbles in cold water. Last thing is that it can be noisy in the apartments since there is no real insulation in the wall, and they have flood issues in the staircases and in some bedrooms when it rains a lot. I had a nice stay but I would choose another area to stay next time since it's quite secluded. The beach is not great (the river floods in the sea and makes the water brown and the sand is more like riverbed sand) and the nearest beach is at about 25 minutes drive. All in all it was fine but not perfect. "
