Moça na recepção bastante antipatica . Piscinas muito quentes sem opção de uma mais fresca para dias quentes.Rasguei meu braço na mesa de fórmica descascada . Pedi que consertassem e não fui atendida. Conforto razoável, toalhas ruins, box com vazamento. Hotel relação custo/ benefício dá pra considerar aceitável!

Localização boa. A equipe é otima, camareiras passaram todos os dias. Os móveis e roupas de cama estavam limpos, mas são velhos. O banheiro é a parte mais delicada. Pequeno e precisa de reparos. Quarto 207.

A estadia foi ótima, só tem algumas coisas no hotel q já está um pouco antigo e precisa de algumas reformas… a parede do quarto, por exemplo, já estava toda suja… o que já estava necessitando de uma pintura básica nas paredes, só pra tirar as manchas. As piscinas são ótimas, só achei falta de pelo menos uma piscina com água natural, pois todas que haviam lá era de água quente. O café da manhã impecável, não tenho oq reclamar… assim como a limpeza dos quartos, trocas de toalha etc… tudo muito bem limpo! Recomendaria a hospedagem para outras pessoas, a localização é ótima!

Razoável, as roupas de cama demoram a serem trocadas, as toalhas de banho são muito ruins, encardidas e velhas, a água das piscinas são trocadas todos os dias, mas as bordas das piscinas não são lavadas, então tem bolor, o box do banheiro tem vazamentos, no entanto a ceia do réveillon foi muito boa, muito bem servida e ainda deram um champanhe.

Horrível, banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, tivemos que dormir com a porta fechada, tivemos que brigar para ter vaga no estacionamento, comida normal e cara, organização insistiu muito em apresentar palestras mesmo nos recusando, gerando incômodo e água da piscina com mau cheiro.
