Host is dissapointing

The place was good. Furnished & decorated nicely. It was clean. I can not say anything bad about the place other than it is not finished construction, there is a door at the back that has no stairs so if someone didn’t know they may fall out of the house. Also, the listing says full place however, this is false advertising they are also renting out the basement to someone else. How can this be full place if the basement is not included? Anyways from the jump I messaged every host if I can have a surprise birthday party as that was my intention. Wasn’t sure how many people were going to be there but told the host that there will be a party. I put 1 cause again, was not sure how many guests. I have screenshots of the messages. I also made sure to take a video before I left in case of anything. We left at 3:10 am so we were only there for 11 hours. Mind you, we respected the place and made sure it was clean. Why did i wake up on some “property damage” payment request? I have proof that her “heavily stained carpet and walls” are false. I took a VIDEO before we left of the entire place? Also nobody was even at the carpeted area (upstairs) cause we were all downstairs. Two hours ofthe booking we weren’t even at the house since we had a party bus come pick us up. Anyways i spoke to VRBO and they helped me clear everything. MAKE SURE WHEREVER YOU STAY OR WHATEVER YOU RENT, YOU TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEO PROOF BEFORE LEAVING SO YOU HAVE PROOF OF ANYTHING THEY TRY TO HIT YOU WITH!
