Don’t stay here if value customer service.

Except for the drivers that shuttled us to and from the airport, the service members were rude and condescending with every encounter. When we needed help early in the morning, the person at the front desk was no where to be found. I had to call the desk from my phone to get anyone to come out to help us. The rooms were okay, but nothing special, definitely not good enough to overlook the quality of service.

Feb 14 business stay.

Convenient location for my needs. Hallway noise sounds like it’s in the room. I don’t think the walls or doors are sound insulated at all. Given there is a bar and all hours airport traffic this should be a priority. I found the mattress thin and hard for my taste, but clean. Resturaunt is good. I prefer continental since there are usually healthier choices and it is quicker though. I think this place would be interesting as a vacationing hotel due to the amenities that may be open at other times, like the roof top hot tub and lounge. Only thing I missed a bit was a microwave. Excellent water pressure and temp and lighting air conditioning.
