The front loby looked a little tired giving it a poor first impression. It could use some new furniture . However the halls were clean and fresh and the room was clean and updated. The bathroom was very clean with nice showers. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and even had a slide which I'm sure the kids would enjoy. The staff were friendly and always cheerfully helpful. The breakfast area was kept very clean and the meal was adequate with lots to choose from.

We were in the process of checking in, passing the deposit and looked through the window at the pool and the roof was leaking into the pool and paint was chopped and also the hot tub was green! Obviously not cleaned in some time! Expedia tried contacting them on several occasions and they refused to refund the money even tho we didn’t even complete the check in process! This is not good customer service! I understand things happen with pools and roofs however they should’ve just apologized for that and refunded the money! This will discourage us from ever going there again!
