Ok... there's the "real" low down on this place!Great location, great unit albeit tiny, well decorated & appointed with lotsof dishes, cutlery & spices altho some are old, bed comfy...Now for the issues...The check-in process is ridiculous! Its very convoluted, confusing and the time-out of the elevators after 5 mins is just an added inconvenience passed onto guests. They don't explain well enough where the garage door is located between the 2 buildings? Which take up the entire city block on all 4 streets around them (garage door is on 3 ST S.E)The codes they provided in the check in instructions are not entirely clear which "code" is for which door (building vs. Condo), so frustration trying the 2 to get in the building from parkade/lobbyWe met another couple once inside who also struggled with their codes/instructions so i wonder if it was the same mgmt company for their unit, also on the 24th floor....The place "appeared" clean however we noticed some issues The Telus remote was filthy, the shower curtain has yellow water stains on the bottom needs a washing, the towels are grey, old looking and 1 had a nasty looks like blood stain on it... all needs good bleach cleaning or toss them out... coffee pods were Nespresso, not suitable for the Keurig in the suite so no coffee for us when we got up, 1 bulb burnt out in a lamp in the bedroom, no batteries in living room remote, pinball machine not working, we will not be back and i doubt they care, did not respond toemail
