Our main issue was that the room with the terrace faces directly to the door of the rooms of the building in front of us. Other buildings are much better in this sense. When we chose the room with a terrace and paid extra , we also saw the rating and price per night we expected some level of privacy. But unfortunately We had to keep the curtains closed all the time , and never used the terrace. It’s true that others might not mind , but for us it’s important to have our private space when it comes to having a drink at night or a coffee in the morning and we choose the terrace for that but we felt it was a bit misleading.
We stayed in Napa before (many times) in more expensive places and cheaper places than this, I would say this place was our worst in this aspect of privacy. The place has amenities that might appeal to others, but for us this is the top experience we look for in Napa and unfortunately it was the worst we experienced.
