Calvi is the largest seaside resort in Balagne.
The 56 m² apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator) of the brand new standing residence Punta Rossa in Calvi (Haute Corse), 150m from the beach and only 10 minutes on foot from the town center where all the shops are located. and restaurants.
The car is absolutely not necessary, given the amenities close to the residence.
Calvi Sainte Catherine Airport (CLY) is only 10 minutes away by car (direct Air France and CCM Airlines flights from Paris, Marseille and Nice.

Parfait emplacement

Appartement spacieux et idéalement localisé. Accès à la plage à 2 min à pied et au centre ville à moins de 10 min. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Calvi. A louer sans hésiter!

Delizioso appartamento vicino al mare

L'appartamento è spazioso con ampia terrazza. Pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Ha il vantaggio di essere vicino alla spiaggia di Calvi, ideale per i bimbi e a 10 min a piedi dal centro. Nei paraggi anche farmacia, ortofrutta, ristorantini e un supermercato molto grande. L-host si è dimostrato sempre molto disponibile: una persona onesta. Raccomando sicuramente il soggiorno presso la sua struttura.

Séjour EXCEPTIONNEL dans cet appartement MAGNIFIQUE pieds dans l'eau

Nous avions décidé de visiter la Corse et plus exactement la région de Calvi qui nous était inconnue. Notre choix s'est porté sur cet appartement très bien situé, face à la plage (grande loggia avec vue sur mer) et de nombreux commerces de proximité et d'un Super U. Nous avons pu profiter de la beauté des lieux, de la plage, de la pinède et autres trésors que réservent cette belle ville tout en étant à pied. L'appartement en lui même est parfait pour un tel séjour !! Très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, on pourrait y passer toute l'année ! La climatisation est un véritable "plus" pour l'appartement. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur disponibilité et pour nous avoir conseillé grand nombre de balades et de découvertes dans la région, au travers d'un guide qu'ils ont eux même rédigé et qui regorge de sites et de randonnées pédestres non répertoriées dans les guides touristiques. Nous recommandons très vivement cet appartement pour lequel nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
