Lovely spot to enjoy!
All was great and we all had a wonderful time! The home was clean and as listed so no I wanted surprises which was wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the internet wasn’t the best, but they do have it. I depended where you were in the house or outside. The TVs didn’t seem to have channels to watch really but in fairness it may have been us that couldn’t figure it out. Over all a well enjoyable place to have a vacation!

Dream villa
The villa is in a superb location, 15 mins from the airport and Palma. Amazing views of the golf course and in a very nice quiet residential area. We were here for my sons’s wedding and the location made it easy for commute as we welcomed family and friends. The villa itself was amazing, absolutely spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Leen was always responsive and takes extreme pride in offering a superb service.

Stunning Villa
This is a beautiful villa in a quiet location only a short drive from beaches and only 15 mins from Palma. Our lovely host, Leen, met us on arrival and gave a comprehensive hand over. The villa is incredibly well equipped and we had a very relaxing two weeks there.

Family holiday to celebrate mother’s 80th birthday with 3 generations staying for various lengths of time. Villa was perfect for this as very spacious and excellent outdoor area for eating, swimming and relaxing. Easy access from airport, into Palma and to Portals. Leen, was very helpful at all stages and generously had a birthday welcome basket of goodies waiting for the birthday girl when we arrived.

Very Nice Property
The house was as advertised, with plenty of space for 8 adults and two children under 5. Leen was very responsive to our inquires/requests, and even offered to provide a high chair and crib for a two year old. My only negative would be technology. There is internet in the house, but it only works well in the salon room. With 8 adults, not sure their is enough bandwidth for a house this size. There is also not TV service to the house. But we were not there to watch TV. I would definitely go back to the house in the future.

Amazing Villa
We had a fantastic stay! We rented the villa for 5 nights with a group of 10 friends, and overall, the villa was perfect. Tons of space, everything was very clean...in general it's even better than the photos show. My only piece of advice....it is definitely in a quiet residential area. We loved that, but if you're planning on coming with a group of rowdy friends, this might not be the location for you.

Gorgeous villa in close driving distance to Palma
This beautiful property has everything you need to feel like it's your home away from home! The host couldn't be more welcoming, providing everything you need to create a very comfortable environment and enjoyable stay. The pool is a really good size, with perfect outdoor living amenities. The bedrooms are really spacious and comfortable with air-conditioning throughout. The living area is very well appointed and the kitchen has absolutely everything you may need. There is even a ping-pong table in the garage. The area is a quiet residential neighbourhood so great for relaxing and the golf course is very close by (you can even walk back but as it's in a hilly area, driving to it is recommended). It's location is also great - there is a supermarket within a couple of minute's drive and there are lovely restaurants in the nearby marina at Portals Nous. Taxis are inexpensive and very easy to get about with them (villa to Palma centre is only around €15). We are quite picky with our stays and would definitely recommend this villa for any length of stay!

Lovely Villa, perfect for our family of 5 adults and could easily accommodate 10. Bring a Bluetooth speaker if you want music outside. Lovely pool area and plenty of room for everyone. Leen was very helpful and went out of her way to enable us to check in early. Overall, faultless.

Perfection
Wow!... A beautiful villa that has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. Leen has literally thought of everything and more with the extra little touches making it perfect in every way. We stayed as a family of eight with the youngest aged 15 months and the oldest aged 70. Little Freddie even had his own wooden cot with cute teddy bear bedding and a high chair, not to mention toys and jigsaws to entertain him. We enjoyed the pool everyday and indulged in a few late evening dips too. With the outside living space as beautiful as the inside we spent most of our time outside - enjoying breakfast each morning on the patio before lounging by the pool on the sunbeds. On evenings when we weren't eating out we enjoyed cooking up a storm on the BBQ - super easy to use and with so many cooking utensils to hand we managed to cook a curry and fajitas on there too. The bedrooms are light and airy, very spacious and beautifully decorated - again Leen's attention to detail shines through. Storage is plentiful and comes complete with a walk in wardrobe in the master bedroom. All towels and linens were provided and in plentiful supply with the addition of maid service three times during our stay - a lovely lady who ensured the home was sparkling clean on each visit. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessities, including coffee pods, herbs and spices etc. Every utensil you may need is available to hand and of course the dishwasher ensures you don't need to waste a moment away from the glorious sun. After our two week stay we were sad to leave as it truly is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday and we will definitely be returning. Leen is the perfect host and her home is simply stunning - thankyou for allowing us to enjoy it and thankyou for the beautiful and thoughtful gift.

We stayed here 10 nights and it was just perfect. Close enough to Palma and the beaches yet whisper quiet. You do need a car. Villa is just as shown in photos and in excellent condition. Leen was very helpful and friendly. Towels were changed mid week but would have been nice to have a sheet change when staying over 1 week. Would definitely recommend

I marked the location down because the Villa is located at the top of a steep hill. Which makes it difficult for people who are less mobile
