Super logement que nous recommandons
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille dans ce logement et nous le recommandons fortement ! En effet la piscine est très agréable, et très peu fréquenté : nous y sommes allée tous les jours et que 2 fois il y avait du monde avec nous ! Et la plage juste en bas est très jolie ! Nous allions plutôt sur la plage Camp del mar : très jolie aussi et c’était du sable plus simple pour les enfants ! Et elle est seulement à 5min en voiture ! Au niveau de l’appartement: il est très bien équipée, il y avait pleins de petites choses sur place (pastilles lave vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, lessive…!) ce qui est très appréciable ! Et au niveau équipement: parfait !:)! Nous recommandons donc fortement ce logement !

Had a great out of season stay in this lovely apartment. Very comfortable, the bed in particular is incredibly comfy, and well appointed. Lots of lovely white towels and nice linen. Very good wifi and a big tv, spacious balcony with nice view and a good pool. Very good walking from the apartment and supermarkets a short walk away. Highly recommended

property, spacious, very clean,quiet location,loads of information about nearby beaches,restaurants,shops. for older people that struggle walking don't be afraid to use taxis into Peguira only about 4 euros you can catch a bus from there to almost anywhere via central bus station in Palma or Train. Would point out that the cooker can only be turned on in a sequential manner left to right with buttons on top of cooker. The T.V. and DVD player require replacing, volume control doesn't work at all , the TV screen is split light wise , we found some batteries for the TV controlls but they appeared not to work either batteries had not been replaced for a considerable length of time and had been seeping. Last minute email regarding the key pickup location caused a bit of a problem with using the airport taxi who struggled with English but with having security gates it made total sense , no keys no entry or exit . Overall with the trips , the beeches, the restaurants, this place has everything for young and old, well any age . Thankyou Mallorca

Fantastic Holiday in Cala Forenells
We absolutely loved our stay in Cala Fornells. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of four with two teenage daughters. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night with a drink before heading out for dinner. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the surrounding area and for enjoying the local coves. We would recommend a stay at this apartment.

Beautiful and relaxing holiday
Alison was an amazing host, tour guide and trouble shooter . Her attention to detail was second to none ,from emergency key safe ( god send at times) to the well though out welcome pack it was truly a home from home experience. The apartment is spacious and well laid out , it also has a lovely sized balcony for al fresco dining and lounging. The apartment block is well maintained and the pool area has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas . The area itself is quiet with two lovely coves yet just a 15 minute walk into the busier town with many supermarkets , restaurants shops and bars. Overall a very pleasant stay and we will definitely return.

Relaxing Holiday
The area was picturesque, quiet and peaceful. It was close to local amenities. The supermarkets were 5/10 minutes’ walk. There was a bus stop by the supermarket that would take you to Palma, Andratx, the airport and other locations. Although we hired a car, on our next visit we would use public transport. It was a 15 minute walk to Peguera, which had good beaches, restaurants and bars. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. We arrived late at night and there was a welcome pack including milk, bread, butter, orange juice and a bottle of wine. Very relaxing stay and would highly recommend.

Wir waren im Dezember in dem Appartement. Die Anlage war absolut ruhig. Es lag wohl daran, dass wir fast die einzigen Bewohner waren. Leider war es etwas schwierig zu finden, da Cala Fornells aus vielen kleinen, schmalen (Einbahn-)Straßen besteht. Der Ort ist an Felsen gebaut, daher sehr hügelig. Wer gesundheitlich und mobil eingeschränkt ist, könnte es schwierig werden. Der Kontakt mit der Besitzerin lief reibungslos. Wir hatten mit der Spüle Probleme. Das wurden am übernächsten Tag behoben. Nun zu den nicht so schönen Dingen: Die Fotos auf FeWo entsprechen NICHT der Realität. Weder befand sich ein weißes Sofa in der Wohnung, noch stimmen die Vorhänge, keine Ablage und auch kein Schränkchen im Badezimmer. Ein Beistelltisch mit Lampe rechts neben dem Sofa (lt. Foto) waren ebenfalls nicht vorhanden. Wir saßen auf einem schwarzes (Leder-?) Sofa u. einem schwarzer Schaukelstuhl. Mit zwei großen weißen Decken haben wir das kaschiert. Die Wohg. ist NICHT brandneu, wie auf FeWo beschrieben. 5* stimmen nicht. Die Wohnanlage könnte 20 Jahre alt sein. So sehen leider auch die beiden Bäder aus. Emaillie ist in der Badewanne abgeplatzt, Schimmelbildung entlang der Badewannenabtrennung. Im zweiten Bad (Duschbad) ist der Schimmel übergestrichen worden. Aber ohne großen Erfolg. An Duschwanne und Glasabtrennung zog sich die Schimmelbildung böse entlang. Die Whg wies noch weitere Mängel auf. Diese habe ich der Besitzerin mitgeteilt. Vielleicht wurde in der Zwischenzeit etwas behoben.

Great apartment in a quiet area of Majorca but within easy reach of the capital. One beautiful cove across the road and a smaller beach within 5 mins from the property and three further large beaches approx 10 min walk. Beautiful complex with communal pool that was never crowded in the whole two weeks we were there. Alison our host could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.

We have just got back from a very relaxing holiday. Communication with Alison was brilliant. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. If you've forgotten something it's probably there. The pool wasn't too busy and a haven in the heat. There was a bit of a heatwave when we visted so we didnt get up to much. But we got uo early one day and spent a lovely morning in Palma visiting the Cathedral. The apartment is surrounded by pine trees. We spent a lot of the time relaxing on the balcony. The short distance to Palma airport is a bonus. And the beaches which are a short walk away are beautiful. I would recommend.

I can strongly recommend Alison's place if you're after a comfortable, quiet, yet relatively central place. We stayed during the recent heatwave, without a car, and with two kids age 10 & 12 we enjoyed our days by the pool or the nearby beach and walked into Peguera at nights. The complex is well kept, and everything worked well. Thank you Alison for a beautiful stay in your place!

I have spent quite some time thinking of how to put into words my review of this apartment. Cauce I don’t want to be rude, but I also need to give my honest feedback. The positive things first: The dialogue with the owner Allison was great. She answered my inquiries promptly and sent lots of information about how to work the appliances in apartment, the surrondings of Cala Fornell and a lot of great tips of restaurants and places to visit. The area and the surrondings was lovely. Cala Fornells is a lovely bay for a sunbath, take a swim and eat a great lunch at one of the hotells. The beds in the apartment are comfortable, the terrace has a good size and there is plenty of kitchen items. What we didn’t enjoy so much was the apartment itself. No doubt that it had been cleaned prior to our arrival, but it needs a major cleaning. The tiles and the joints between needs to be washed properly. There are stains on the walls in all the rooms, the curtains are dirty and there are holes in them. The cushions on the chairs on the terrace have multible stains. The interior deviates some from the pictures in the ad, it looked more cosy than it turned out to be. There drinking glasses are discoloured, and there are not many alike. Summary: I understand if my negative comments may seem petty to some, but at the price we paid for a week I expected a higher standard then we think we got.

Had a lovely time staying here for ten days. Very quiet and had pool all to ourselves the whole time! Very comfortable beds and great bathrooms with boiling hot water. Good kitchen and appliances. Main bedroom only had one bedside table and light, slightly annoying! Outside table chairs could of been a little more comfortable. Only two sunlounger chairs which were comfortable. Anyway very happy and thank you Alison for being so helpful with all details and keys.

The apartment is beautifully situated between the restaurants and 2 outstanding beaches. The pool is easily accessible for all, we never had an issue with sun loungers even in high summer. The AC in the apartment was a game changer as is the stunning terrace. Quiet in the evenings with access to fun if needed! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Gorgeous apartment in an exceptional setting
We absolutely loved this apartment and had the most fantastic week here. The inside is modern and smart and clean and the air con is a huge bonus. The outdoor terrace is a great space and actually much bigger than we expected. It has gorgeous views over the pool and looks onto palm trees in the distance. It really is very attractive and a great space for relaxing. The location is first rate, with an easy walk into Peguera beach with all it’s fabulous restaurants. Also there is a stunning little cove literally a couple of minutes walk from the apartment where you can swim in the beautiful blue water. Also another gorgeous cove a further walk away. So much to do, it’s a really great location! Thank you to Alison for letting us stay, we had just the best time!
