Average hotel with a stunning view, but you had to go outside to see it as it was across from the ocean. The buildings are a bit run down, but the rooms are okay and appear clean. It's a nice place to stay if you just need a place to sleep.

Sufficient motel if you are in Campbell River. Facilities are aging at the Big Rock Motel but we had 2 comfortable beds, air conditioning, a microwave, and a fridge. Worked great for a one night stay.
