Profitez de 24 acres sur le magnifique et paisible lac Wallace Vermont. Accès facile aux sentiers de motoneige et de VTT. Enregistrement de la motoneige du Vermont pas nécessaire si vous accédez au sentier commercial en N. H..Kayak le lac, la rivière ou le canal privé où vous pouvez voir une abondance de la faune qui comprend les pygargues à tête blanche, loutres, tortues, canards et huards. Passez la journée sur le banc de sable à environ 100 mètres au large. Marcher, faire du vélo, ou conduire un mile sur la route de l'érable d'avril pour une douceur sucrée. Notre plus récent ajout au divertissement estival est une voiturette de golf. La maison du lac qui dort 6 confortablement a 3 chambres à coucher. Un très grand lit, deux lits jumeaux, deux ensembles de lits superposés, et un canapé-lit. Le salon spacieux dispose d'une cheminée en granit qui vous tiendra au chaud et confortable après une journée de motoneige, de ski ou de pêche sur glace. Le port de voiture gardera également vos véhicules récréatifs à l'abri des éléments. Il y a des portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent à un pont autour du pont où vous pouvez vous asseoir pour profiter de la vue sur le lac et la campagne canadienne. Aussi disponible est un télescope pour regarder les étoiles sur une nuit claire au Vermont. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et comprennent tous les conforts de la maison micro-ondes, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, grille-pain, cafetière et tous les plats et ustensiles. Il y a deux salles de bains dont une possède une laveuse et une sécheuse.
Venez faire une pause et vous détendre dans un petit coin de paradis nordique. Couples TARIF SPECIAL de 150 $. 00 une nuit pour février et mars.

Great Stay!
We had an amazing stay! The property is gorgeous. The inside of the house in nicer than the pictures on the site. The house was clean and well-stocked. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for a quiet peaceful getaway.

Perfect lake view location
We really enjoyed our stay and Julie was extremely welcoming, kind and responsive. Lots of relaxing, fishing and kayaking on or by the lake. We visited the hottest week of July and the floor AC unit wasn’t strong enough to cool off the upstairs bedroom. Julie offered us box fans and that was helpful

Great lake house in the North Country!
We so appreciated staying in this lovely home It is far enough from the road so you don't hear any traffic. It was lovely place to kayak. The inside of the home was perfect- the kids downstairs by the game room and adults upstairs. JULIE IS A GREAT HOST

We have stayed in a dozen or so rentals and this one is by far the cleanest and most secluded house so far.The lake view is beautiful. The house its self is well done and newly appointed. Bed was comfortable. Julie, the owner was so pleasant and attentive to detail, and she makes a killer zucchini bread .So if your looking for a quiet, beautiful,secluded, Lakefront property, this is the place

Great Stay
We were so comfortable at Todd and Julie's home. When we arrived, there was a fire already going and enough wood for the nights we stayed. On the table was home made banana bread with chocolate chips which was a nice treat. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The blankets were so soft and cozy. There was also a variety of games to choose from that kept our family busy in the evening. We went there to see snow and there wasn't much, but there was enough to build a good size snowman and when we woke up on our final morning, there was a fresh blanket of snow which was a great treat. The property was large with lots of areas to explore. The views were spectacular. Would stay again.

The house was super clean and had all the comforts of home. There was plenty of space for all of us to just sit and relax. It was so peaceful and the views of Lake Wallace were stunning. Will definitely stay here again.

Simply the best!
This is a truly lovely property and the host does a wonderful job in accommodating guests. The lake is gorgeous anytime of year and the surrounding areas are amazing, especially if you love the outdoors. It's amazing to be right no the water as the beautiful lake. Everything was really clean and easy to navigate in terms of the house itself. This was our second time visiting and we hope to always stay here for future visits. Great for couples or families!!

Perfect Getaway
I highly recommend booking this rental. It was definitely beyond my expectations. Julie, the owner great us when we first arrived and showed us around. Amazing property
This was our first time renting a home and was not sure what to expect. This property was absolutely amazing. The home was wonderful, clean and had everything that you would need. We were able to stay in and grill for dinner, there was plenty of pots and pans and dishes. There was plenty of linens and extra blankets. The views are so beautiful from the covered porch. We actually spent a lot of time out there watching the water during the day and the stars at night. I can’t wait to go back.

Every base was covered
The house is nicely appointed, everything we’d need was there, we just brought food and personal items. Kids had fun, beach had kayaks and games, inside had books, games and plenty to do. Everything was clean, the beach had a nice gradual slope, no drop off, so little kids had an easy time. What more could I ask for? Julie was great, easy communication, she was there when she said she’d be there. Everything was great! 5 stars

Gorgeous Property
Clean, easy check-in/check-out, right on the water, beautiful inside, relaxing deck area to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening beverage. The families of Canadian geese were quite entertaining! Pleasantly surprised to discover many restaurants and stores close by. Were there for a wedding, but would definitely come again for a family vacation. Only confusion was that although the property is listed for 6 people, there's a per person extra guest charge for any number over 2. Found that extremely odd, but owner worked with me to give us a prompt refund when we notified her our adult children wouldn't be joining us on the trip.

Best Rental Ever!
This was by far the best property we've rented. Upon arriving, we were greeted by a delicious loaf of homemade banana chocolate chip bread. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and we grilled all our our meat outside. The property is kind of remote but this was exactly what we needed. It was so relaxing, the fountain in the canal outside provided great background noise and we saw a variety of wildlife, including deer, turkeys, a mink, and many Canada geese with their babies. The owners have a produce market in a nearby town and the vegetables and fruit we bought were fresh and delicious. The downstairs has a bedroom with a small living area. There is an air hockey table. It would be a perfect set up for someone traveling with older kids. The beds were comfortable. We used the 2 kayaks on the lake and there are several life jackets provided. The owners are very responsive to questions or any needs. If you're looking for a property to rent you can't go wrong with this one!

Fantastic
I would have given a 6 out of 5 if I could. Wonderful location, great house, spectacular sunsets. This was a real gem. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Awesome primary bedroom suite, big living/dining area, great decks with all around views. Masses of outdoor space to play or relax, and of course the lake is right there. Julie and Todd were so nice and very responsive and we found the people in the area very friendly. You must try Aprils Maple down the road. Great food and make sure you grab a container of vegetable chilli...the best, along with great maple syrup products. And don't forget the Black Bear Tavern in Colebrook, wide choice of good food, cooked well. Thank you, we will return.
