Looks like a giant spaceship. Very cool lighting at night. Lots of trippy spots to take pictures of my woman Cortnie from divinelyaligned.co We had a good time. My only complaints are: There was partial construction happening and it made some noise and was not fun to look at on vacation because I have worked construction. Trying to not think about that in Mexico. And the flooring in our room was peeling up on the edges and actually cut our feet. Vivid has potential but it needs to finish and fix still.

Excellent staff. Good was amazing. Liked the reservation app. Rooftop pool was great. Fun morning activities at the pool. We saw a few evening shows that were well done. Beach was beautiful and the shuttle was fast and easy. There is construction next door where Hyatt is building Dreams, but that didn’t interfere at all. We liked the setting away from all the other hotels. Will definitely go back.

Its a new resort and has updated furnishing and modern finishes. But the sister resort next to it is still under construction and the surrounding area is also still under construction. There were alot of trucks and construction workers. It is really hard to get to the front of the hotel as the walk is quite long. Although it is in the hotel zone, you are practically on a secluded resort.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good restaurants. Feels more like a hotel than a resort. Number of elevators an issue for the size of the building. They should have built a nice staircase going from the main level to food level. This would take a lot of pressure off the elevators. Beautiful rooftop area but you need to pay extra to access it. Don't like the 2 class system for guests. Rooftop too windy half the days. Little shade to lay out and enjoy the heat but avoid direct sun. Not my favourite resort in Cancun.
