The wait staff were all very polite and friendly. The hotel was very frugal with bathroom linen (2 of us were only allowed 1 bath towel each). We had to call maintenance twice to fix the toilets. The Beach and the view were spectacular and the hotel is located near many great restaurants. The grocery store is also close by.

Loved walking onto the beach from the hotel. There were umbrellas and beanbag chairs on the beach, 2 pools, hammocks and swings on the property. Beautiful! Stunning views from the balcony. 2 excellent taco/burrito restaurants down the street to the south.

1. We specifically chose this place because it had a kitchenette. That included one pan, one pot, a cutting board, and 4 sets of dishes and cutlery. No sharp knives to prep food, no dish soap, no dish cloths or towels. Very disappointing. 2. Loud music was played through speakers on the beach (attached to the resort wall) all day. When at the beach, we needed earplugs, and even then it was too loud. From our room on the 3rd floor, we could still hear the bass all day. 3. Front desk staff not especially friendly.

Our room was amazing, views of sea and hottub included. The staff were wonderful and handy location to main bars etc. Only negative is , walls very thin. Can hear absolutely everything outside of room and the windows thin as waves at night kept us awake alongside neighbours above/to the side. However overall great stay.

Pros: walking distance from lots of food and shopping, beautiful view of the ocean, private beach, good air conditioning, price Cons: photos were misleading, outdated, design isn't intuitive, staff wasn't friendly, shower had only one of the two doors installed, plumbing couldn't accommodate toilet tissue, room must undergo an inspection as part of the check out process (time consuming and inconvenient) Overall, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

Good location and great views from the Ocean Dream. Though the condition of our room needed further improvement. TV did not work and latch on balcony sliding door was broken - it made the stay feel uneasy, as it would have been quite easy for someone to break the door open and get into our room from the ground floor. I told reception about the issue with the door; they said that someone would fix it - but no one did. This needs to be addressed!

The hotel location is excellent . It has the awesome ocean view which you can enjoy from your room or from pool. There is a beach club and cool restaurant with scenic view sitting areas.

Property needs to be renovated. Elevator has been left unattended. People smoke in the rooms which causes the smells to go through all the levels. Toilets don’t work. Fixtures have calcium and are rusting. During the day this place looks like a prison from the outside. It’s a hole in a wall where there is literally holes everywhere due to cracking and falling apart.

Great place to stay. This property is on the beach and the staff was excellent and very professional. The location is right in the heart of town. So much to do and so easy to get the bus to other places for 12 pesos. I will definitely stay there again.

Great beach scene with DJ. Pool was beautiful and loved the outside seating area by the swings. Roque is a great bartender and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I would love the toilets to work easier in the rooms. The beach staff don’t work as a team. I had to wait 30 minutes for my dedicated server to come clean cups from another party after I requested they be moved by another server. Just seemed like a lack of customer service not to just grab the glasses and wipe off the table so I could use it right away.

The place offers little amenities for the price it costs. The only good thing about it is the beach all the staff need to take a customer service course, every one of them was rude and not helpful. Will not go back !!

The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly, but the only downside is that the decor is so-so and the bathtub in my room seemed to only have ice water, which would have been nice if it had hot water.
