Staff was friendly but lacked in restocking of coffee, didn’t bring both bottles of liquor that they had us pick out at check in, room service dishes were not picked up for a couple days.

We had a great time at Planet Hollywood..The grounds, staff, activities and amenities were better than expected. Our concierge Marla is an asset for Planet Hollywood. My 80 year old mother mase the trip with is and we needed a wheelchair for her and Marla handled our request like a pro. Also, Diego and Frankie Boy kept our glasses full during our poolside visit. I would bring my family to this resort again.

My stay was over all great. Only thing i didn't care for was the fact that you had to download too many QR codes just to see what was going on at the resort and to reserve a table at any of the restaurants and to see their menu. And there is not enough activities on the adult side. I would recommend this resort. 12/12/2024.

Very clean, stylish, but we had to call every day for soap, body wash and shampoo. The jacuzzi outside was cold. No simple food options around the pool or at the beach, had to go to restaurant - buffet all time. We used the spa services, it was good, but at the end we had to fill out the forms and were asked for tips. We would leave tips anyway, it was not nice to ask 10 times about the service and request tips. Pool was nice, very clean.

We love the fact that it was adult only dining options even at the buffet. Staff new us by name even if we did not interact with them through out the stay. Thonly did a great job making sure to give us his picks on where to eat. The resort was clean. The staff ensure we were taking car of.

The majority of the staff want to make sure that your trip is as pleasant, enjoyable and memorable as possible. Ricky Bobby helped with our daughter's 30th birthday celebration with decorating our cabanas and delivering her a cake. And Hector was amazing in getting whatever our hearts desired. Our party of 11 really enjoyed them both...

Overall everything was great the rooms do have wear and some doors in the rooms wouldn’t close but overall good. I do recommend requesting a dehumidifier for your room with all the humidity.

Fui a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana, solo una noche. En general nuestra experiencia fue buena. Los únicos detalles es que al llegar se tardaron un poco en atendernos con el auto, en la habitación algunos muebles estaban un poco sucios. Las amenidades que brindan en la habitación son básicas, sí hay plancha, secadora de cabello, jabón, shampoo y refrigerios. Gracias a la preferencia de Expedia, Dyron nos atendió excelente y nos ayudó con la reservación de la cena. Felipe, también concierge de Expedia, nos asistió en reservarnos el cuarto de hospitalidad para poder disfrutar un rato más del hotel después de nuestro check-out. El único inconveniente que tuvimos, después de hacer check-out, fue que un bar tender de la alberca de adultos se portó de manera algo altanera al exigirnos nuestro pase de salida para poder atendernos y dar nuestras bebidas, el pase de salida es de papel y estando dentro de la alberca es complicado llevarlo a la mano, por lo que recomiendo que pongan un brazalete especial para aquellos huéspedes que hacen check out y sigan disfrutando de las instalaciones hasta las 5pm sin problemas de este tipo.

The a la carte dining options, when the menu wasn't limited, provided a good variety of different cuisines. The private pool cabanas were also very nice, however, very overpriced.considering what was already paid for the room. The drinks were terrible, consisting of low quality alcohol and even if you did pay the extra for star class, you could only get the premium liquor at very limited bar locations.

Although the resort is beautiful I only gave it a three star because I was placed on the 5th floor and the elevators were inoperable my entire stay . After several complaints my room finally was changed to the 2nd floor two nights left in my vacation. I did not feel safe Walking up and down the stairs . There was also lots of debris that had not been cleaned from the previous storm .. vip access benefits was a rip off just another way to sell timeshare
