Miguel from the bar in the lobby is the best! We also loved Jose in the sports bar. We have never experienced service like them and they deserve all the recognition! They went above and beyond and we continued to visit them every night we were there.

I enjoyed the property overall. It was beautiful, clean, convenient to local shops. What I didn't like was that my room phone wasn't working, I was not able to use app to order room service, our fridge was only stocked with beverages our first night there. When I went to front desk about phone, the rep was nonchalant and simply stated that no one was there to fix phone. He told another guests, he didn't know how the room keys worked because he never rented a room there. The food at the steak house was not good at all. It was extremely loud during dinner. A fight almost broke out.

Hotel and staff was excellent. My only complaints are food at the restaurants was cold, even when ordering off the menu. Also, pool and hot tub not heated when the outside temperature was low 70s.

AC turns off during the day, which means we came back to a hot, humid room every day. It was so humid in our room that our passports curled at the edges! And our bed sheets, clothing etc felt damp and smelt weird from this. The staff were awesome though. Bring a yeti or whatever and theyll fill it! Great place to party and get drunk every day. Not much else though

We stayed a week at this resort. We thought the decor was very modern and nice, after a week though you notice the window that was installed upside down and the leaky ceiling on the third floor near the bathrooms and chopstick restaurant, and the mold in your shower. The main floor seemed always clean and the cleaning staff was always cleaning rooms. However the hallways always seemed dirty at night and lots of dishes left outside rooms. We upgraded to diamond club at arrival it had come recommended and advertised special accessibilities especially to the rooftop. Which apparently you can only sit in direct sun unless you are willing to pay $150-$300 for a cabana. You were not able to use the umbrellas. Another upgrade was access to premium liquor which you could only get in two places inside the building on the first floor and the pool. Not a lot of drinking took place on this trip due to eating something bad at the Buffett the first night we got there. A few staff that made our visit enjoyable. Sandra our butler she was amazing. If she isn’t a boss they should make her one. Always friendly, accommodating and informative. Willy was part of the entertainment team we played poker with him in the pool and he made me a very nice bracelet and found out my husband and I shared similar interests. Chantel and Luis were amazing out on the beach never felt like we were in need of help they were both very attentive. Sergio on the beach so nice.
