Do not take the shuttle to your destination. We waited with 15 other couples over 3 hours to get a shuttle. Needless to say almost 1/2 of our day was a waisted between waiting on a shuttle and waiting for everyone else to get dropped off. Place is nice, food is good and the staff was nice. Did not receive the VIP benefits that we paid for.

Nice property and nice people. Stayed with friends, many for the first time. Here are some of our comments and suggestions for improvement: * The floors were slick in many places with tile flooring. Consider another cleaning agent/solvent that leaves less residue. * Start serving drinks earlier than 11 am (10 in the breakfast buffet). Many of us wanted a Bloody Mary with breakfast but if you get there before 10 am, you’re out of luck! * Everything closes down too early! 10 pm or 11:30 pm(?). This place definitely caters to the older/boomer crowd.

The property was not bad but employees and managers kept pushing towards the time share and had us for hours without eating with a 3 year old trying to force us to into buying the time share. Did not like the fact that we were moved to another room and it was not as cleaned and good as the prior one. The front desk trick us saying it will be a pent house de rather than explaining exactly where we were going on the other end of the hotel away from the pool and everything. The choices of food were limited as well as the drinks. Spend over 6k for 2 kids and 2 adults and definitely was not worth it could have been better.
