Sleepless hotel. Its a nice establishment. But, a HUGE but.... A train track is right behind the hotel. I did not know this prior to booking. To top it off there were renovations happening. So I deemed if the 'sleepless hotel'.

We had a very relaxing two night stay. A mini vacation to relax in Canmore and Banff. The hotel was very tidy.warm hot chocolate or tea/ coffee in the lobby was so great. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening. The pool was a little chilly, but fine once swimming. I found the ladder into the pool a bit short. One more rung to climb out would have made it easier. The room was lovely and we had a nice view of mountains. The mini kitchen was just right.

Love the feel of this hotel. It’s beautiful, clean, and relatively quiet. The premium suite was perfect for our family of 4. The loft is a nice touch. If you’re a light sleeper, avoid rooms facing the train tracks as it can get really loud when the trains pass. Housekeeping could use a little reminder to be on top of the coffee maker. When we checked in, the coffee maker wasn’t drained/cleaned. I use it to make tea so I had to brew water a few times to get clear water for my tea.

Ok

Ok for one night, the pool and hot tub get cleaned on Sunday apparently (why?!) and that shuts them down for a few hours and it also makes the pool freezing cold and the hot tub was cold too (because it was colder outside) if we had known this before booking we would have stayed elsewhere tbh, the room was fine, overall hotel is good

For the price it was a great stay. Easy to get too. Room was way bigger than expected and loved the separate loft for sleeping. The restaurant that is attached was also great for brunch.
