Great getaway
We loved staying at this property. We took an annual trip & will want to book this property again. Everything you could want is at this house no need to even leave…pool, hot tub, water view.

Fabulous spot for a getaway
My family and I fell in love with this place. The house is wonderful and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the layout. The lanai, pool and dock is where we spent 90% of our time. Such a beautiful setting! We would love to come back again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house is nice with a well stocked kitchen. The Lanai and pool were wonderful. That is where we spent most of our time. We had a few minor issues, but the management company took care of them timely. The only negative was the hot tub. Its was dirty! They sent a man out to clean it and it looked ok after he left. As soon as we turned on the jets, all kinds of dirt and black spots came out. Web decided not to use it. I think it needs a major maintenance overhaul.

Enjoyed our stay.
Wasn’t sure I would like it when we saw the outside of the house but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered as to how great this house is. The bed in the primary room was extremely comfortable. The patio and pool were fantastic. This house had everything we needed and more to make our stay enjoyable. We had a few problems with the pool heat and the operation of the hot tub but the property manager was quick to respond. We would be definitely rent again..

Beautiful Home
Great place for my family to stay! Very clean and well stocked with towels. Easy check in and check out. The only issues we had were communication with Vacasa. They were extremely slow at responding to emails and VRBO messages. I’d suggest only calling them.

Great house in a great location!
My husband and I stayed at this rental in February. The house and pool were great and the house was well stocked with all of the items we needed. The only issue was the hot tub was not working when we arrived and it did not work the entire time we stayed (about 3 weeks). We were very disappointed as the pool and hot tub were two of the main reasons we booked this rental. Thats also the reason we could not give it a five star rating. Other than the hot tub the house was beautiful, the pool was awesome and the location was close to everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the burrowing owls across the street and one day dolphins even came up the canal to feed. If only the hot tub had worked the house would have been perfect!

Beautiful and relaxing home but we were unable to use the outside because of all the iguanas (at least a dozen) everywhere and the hot tub would never heat up so couldn’t use.

Wonderful!
We loved our stay on Tequila Canal. The property and dock were beautifully kept and the house had everything you could need. Two kayaks and a kayak launch are available, and we used them many times! (There is a little noise at night from DelPrado Blvd.) We would definitely return to this property, maybe for longer next time. The nesting owls across the street were an added bonus!

Perfect vacation house!
Our family of 5 had the best stay! The house had everything we needed (keel stocked kitchen, pool toys/floats, beach chairs and umbrella and more) and was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Our family had a wonderful time in the pool, hot tub and kayaking on the canal. We would recommend this house to anyone!

Beautiful Retreat
We had a wonderful stay at this property! We came to relax after a few days at Disney, and this home didn’t disappoint! The outdoor living space is beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the iguanas out back with our boys! I think I could have laid in the sun chairs located on the swim deck of the pool all day!! We also enjoyed adventuring on the kayaks! This place really has it all! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise! We loved making memories here!

We had a great stay, the house was a good size for our group of 5. The outdoor living was just what was needed for a getaway. We had a great time visiting local eateries and the rest of the time was spent relaxing at the house. Would definitely go back again.

Outdoor oasis!
Our family had the best time ever at this vacation home! The house itself is beautiful inside and was very clean when we arrived. It is well stocked with dishes, appliances, towels, pool floats, beach items, everything you would need! Since we stayed there in the middle of the pandemic, we didn’t even leave the house most days. The kids enjoyed waking up and swimming all day and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and lounging by the pool. No one wanted to leave! The views by the canal are beautiful and we saw some geckos and iguanas. We would definitely stay here again!

House is fantastic!
When we arrived, the house was spotless and beautiful. The owner has thought of everything for you from beach towels to a floating cooler for the pool. It really was home away from home. We had two very minor issues, ants by the pool and the pool temperature, both were corrected immediately. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, seems very safe too. We would definitely book this house again. The only thing negative I have to say is not even about the house, it’s about Turnkey. When I landed back home, I called Turnkey immediately because I realized I forgot my brand new Yeti tumbler in the dishwasher. They of course were happy to get it and send it, FOR AN ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT, which is more than a new Yeti with shipping!! Make sure you don’t leave anything behind.

Home away from home
If you are looking for a home away from home, you have found it! This house has all the amenities you could ever desire. From a fully stocked kitchen (Down to cooking spices and a pressure cooker)to pool floats and beach chairs, you will not be disappointed. The house was extremely clean, which was much appreciated after the covid pandemic. We spent our time at the pool and dock, which is perfect or spending quality time with the family. You will NOT be disappointed by this vacation home.

Exceptional property!
Outstanding! Our family vacation was so memorable and a big part of planning a trip is hoping you have no issues upon arrival to your destination. This property was amazing with everything a family would need for preparing Thanksgiving dinner, beautiful sunsets/views and super clean! This home was set up with everything you need. We traveled with a baby and again everything needed to help us including a safety net around pool, baby crib, beach supplies and more.... We thank you for an exceptional stay and would highly recommend this property and company to guide you on your next get-away trip!

Mini-getaway
Really enjoyed our time here in Cape Coral. The house was exactly the way the pictures looked... to start off with the positives... great location right off the canal. The outdoor seating was awesome. Loved spending my evenings by the pool and grilling. Waking up in the morning drinking my cup of coffee on the dock was super relaxing. I couldn’t have imagined a more relaxing and therapeutic environment. The house was equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella which we found so helpful at the beach. Now on to the minor things that needed a little more attention: the hot-tub and stained couch. The hot tub jets turned on but would not heat up above 85 degrees, coming from cold MN that was the one thing I really looked forward to. I called for help and was told someone would come look at it. We went out to the beach for the day and with no update I was hoping it would be fixed by the time we got back. It appears that someone came out to look at it but I didn’t get a response on whether or not it was fixed. Turned on the jets again to find out it was still cold! I wasn’t going to let that ruin my trip... Secondly, the white couches in the living room gave the house a very modern look but the white couches had wear and stains on them which made me not really want to use them. Thank goodness for the outdoor seating which made up for it.
