Wow
We enjoyed our stay. One of the best properties of our Vrbo stays. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear. The pool was heated so I got to spend some time in the pool and then jump in the hot tub. The property has a walking trail behind the backyard. The neighbors we nice and we got to meet some pet lovers while walking our four legged family member. The kitchen had all of the appliances. The mattresses were very comfortable and the living/family room was spacious and comfortable. The outdoor screened patio area was spacious and inviting. I would recommend this property for families and will be looking to book this property in the future.

Great home in a great location
Tropical Retreat in Southwest Cape Coral is one of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed in. The location was perfect. The park behind it makes it feel very secluded. We saw a few eagles and owls behind the house. It is within 15 minutes of some great waterfront dining. The house was clean and well equipped. The back patio with heated pool and jacuzzi was perfect. We will definitely be booking this property the next time we are in the area.

Awesome property!
This house was exceptional! Split floor plan, new furnishings, spotlessly clean, pool heated to 87 degrees, hot tub available, washer/dryer. Peter was great at communicating. No major issues and this house was gorgeous in a great neighborhood on Cape Coral. Would most definitely stay there again. TY so much Peter! Loved it.

This was a great place to stay. The hot tub was everything the house looked just as it is described its beautiful and very spacious. There was a dilemma on my end but my host assured me that everything is ok and encouraged me to finish enjoying my stay.. any time i reached out i rexieved a response right after... i really appreciate pete for letting us stay this was a birthday getaway and it went well...thanks again and i recommend booking this place. I came down on September the 12-15th. A warm welcoming 3day stay..10 out of 10 for me.

Beautiful pool home, quiet neighborhood!
Stayed at this property for 5 days while working in the area. It was very well equipped and clean, back lanai with pool was perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. Very quiet and private, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

A great home in a nice area. The owner was very responsive to a couple minor issues. We enjoyed cooking, eating, relaxing, and sleeping at the house. The kids enjoyed the pool, games, and having their own space. We would go here again and recommend it for other families. A short drive to beaches and other activities.

80th Birthday celebration
Came to Cape Coral to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. Pete was a fantastic host as he was easy to communicate with and eager to assist. I left something behind and he even reached out to see if it was needed. We enjoyed hours of fun in the pool as a family. There were lots of little frogs that unfortunately drown in the pool each night ( but that was out of his control). That was our only real drawback. The neighborhood was so quiet and felt safe to walk the dog. It was a great visit. Look forward to coming back

Property not clean
We never leave reviews, actually I think this is a new account, but we have been going to Cape Coral, renting similar houses, for the last 4 years. This is the first time ever, that the house seems to had not been cleaned for a while. The pool was dirty (you could see some floating residue, especially at night when the pool light was on. They claim that they have a jacuzzi, but we never dared to open it. The rug that they have to wipe your feet at the end of the jacuzzi, was green and full of mold. The mold was actually leaving the rug vaciar the jacuzzi drops some water. They lack a lot of cleaning products, kitchen utensils and so on. The first night, we stayed only two, we found a “Florida bug” walking around the bbq grill. We found 3 others inside the sink. Contacted the owner and was told there was nothing they could do. I had to drive 20 mins to the nearest Walmart that is open 24/7 to buy some raid. I think the wors part, was that I ended up getting a skin fungus that to this day, two weeks later, is still on my back. The only real good thing about this property was the gaming room. But again, they didn’t have chargers for the Wii remotes, only one of them had one light of charge (the 2nd didn’t even turn on). At last, we didn’t want to leave a bad review , but decided to do so after the owner, decided to charge us $125 for cleaning fees asocited with dog feces and pee. We are the kind of ppl that was dishes and make up beds. That was probably from someone else.

We had an awesome experience! This rental was very clean, had a beautiful pool, hot tub, and everything we needed was provided. There were lots of towels, beach towels, dish and laundry detergent, and even large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Wow what a Property!
We absolutely loved our stay! The pool and hot tub were so wonderful. We stayed with my 80 year old father, husband and two boys. Pete even purchased a cribbage board for us so we could play while the boys played in the pool. We made great memories! We would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Fort Myers area.
