Good hotel in the heart of Cape Town waterfront

This is a great place to stay right in the heart of the Cape Town waterfont. Staff is very enthusiastic and the rooftop and main floor bars are very active and fun. Great views too. We were disappointed with the follow through of the concierges but it all worked out, luckily.

The staff were not helpfull with our request to keep some luggage a couple of days until our return, initially they said yes, and then they said no at the worst moment. Ther never was a hint of offering any solution, just a NO.

Great one night stay.

Front desk staff were fantastic- welcoming and helpful providing early access to the room. The hotel is less than 10 years old, the room was very clean, comfortable and offered great amenities.. The bed, linens and pillows in particular, were very comfortable . The location is fantastic- in a very safe area with access to many restaurants, shops, areas of interest and within easy walking distance of both the Robben Island ferry as well as the cruise terminal. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location walking distance to cruise terminal V&A waterfront & to stop 2 of the hop on/hop off bus very slow check in nice room However the bedding was so noisy that we woke each other up when moving & it was very cold in the room

Not a pleasant stay.

Not the hotel we were expecting. Focused on a younger crowd. Rooftop restaurant and pool area was very noisy with a DJ at about 100 decibels. Not a pleasant place for a drink to enjoy the view. Breakfast buffet is chaotic and the restaurant has no sound deadening, so it is very noisy. Rooms are “chic” in furniture and design at the expense se of comfort and functionality. Would not stay here again. Our friends had a much better experience at V&A across the harbor.

Fantastic Location!

Great stay and a fantastic location. A lovely lady, Queen, was extremely helpful at check in. Very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was very good of both buffet and table service.
