On the southeast coast of the island of Elba, one of the most beautiful areas, is Villa Gelsomini: elegant, luxurious and beachfront with swimming pool and private access to Straccoligno beach
The villa is immersed in a beautiful park full of trees, plants and flowers, a true oasis of peace. A property that amazes not only for its exceptional features but also for its location: Straccoligno beach is only 50 meters away and can be reached by a convenient path. Many services are nearby and the town of Capoliveri is 2 km away. A real guarantee of privacy and absolute relaxation, ideal for nature lovers, large families and to share an unforgettable vacation with friends and relatives.
This dream home is divided on two levels and has four bedrooms. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with dining room and access to the porch and veranda that, furnished with a dining table, of overlooking the park. On the second floor, on the other hand, is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. Immersed in the park is a beautiful swimming pool with solarium and relaxation area perfectly furnished with chairs and tables. Ein perfekter Urlaub für die ganze Familie !

Wir haben ein Objekt vorgefunden, daß im vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Das Haus, der Park und die Nähe zum Strand + Gastronomie sind perfekt. Wir konnten unsere Urlaubstage sehr genießen und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Villa in Top Lage

Die Villa wurde für 10 Personen ausgeschrieben, ist aber nur für 8 wirklich geeignet. Die 2 Betten im Nebenhaus sind für Urlauber nicht zumutbar und auch nicht mit dem Rest der Villa vergleichbar. Wir hatten 2 Kinder dabei, die dann bei den Eltern geschlafen haben. Daher der Punkt Abzug. Ansonsten ein traumhaftes Anwesen mit einer tollen Lage - alles sehr sauber, wunderschöner Garten, der Pool toll und sauber und die Abhandlung mit der Agentur sehr unkompliziert. Gerne wieder zu acht 😉

La casa è bella anche se un pó datata negli arredi e soprattutto nei bagni. Il giardino è curato e l’accesso al mare comodo. Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi ma risolti velocemente dal manutentore
