The desk staff was super friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the breakfast. OJ was somewhat brown, selection of fruit and other items was very limited. Choices of some hot food would have been nice

Really disappointed that the pool was closed the entirety of our stay due to maintenance, I would have appreciated a heads up on that considering I booked a hotel with a pool because I have children and it’s winter time with cold temps so not much to do outside. At check in I was offered the opportunity to cancel but it was after 5pm and I had family events to attend and didn’t have time to search for another option. It would have been wiser for the hotel to schedule pool maintenance during the week when less chances of families coming for a weekend would have been affected. Contractors were almost always sitting in the breakfast area as well, at both breakfasts I had and when I checked out. The employees we encountered were friendly and the room was clean which was also extremely important. I booked based on most other positive reviews, just overall disappointed about the pool.

Check in was smooth. The room was less than desirable. Had a king suite with a king bed. The lounging chairs were stained with what appeared to be bodily fluids and smelled as such. Stayed there for three nights. Asked the front desk three times on separate days for more body wash in the shower. The body wash was never filled by when we checked out. The pictures on the website/app were not what we got. Very disappointed.

Stay somewhere else!

The hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana, so bad that it made our room stink too after having to go in and out a couple of times. The "breakfast" left a lot to be desired, not much choices. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone, especially if traveling with children.
