Booked a double room but got given a twin room, they offered to come and attach the beds to make it a double, however it was very rushed and sheets not put on the bed properly etc. Only one pillow, but other than that the stay was pleasant

Trip and you’re in the arena!

A few minor issues with shampoo bottle not dispensing and tv not getting service but the staff weren’t friendly and incredibly quick sorting the problems. Couldn’t ask for better service. A great lobby area where we met as a group to sit and chat when one room wasn’t big enough for us all. Would visit again. So handy for the arena. Literally across the road!

WIFI did not work the entire day/night that we stayed there. Bathroom shower had such low pressure, bed was very hard, most plugs in the room did not work. Bedrooms were very outdated and old.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel, lovely room and good breakfast. Wi-fI was not working this morning which was annoying but, other than that, very nice hotel and excellent value for money

No room service. Had steak one night and both couldn't finish it. Pizza other night was alright for a ping food. Beds too high- should be able to sit on bed and put food on floor. Also were about as narrow as possible. Beer in bar too gassy and over-carbonated so no real taste. Staff generally alright but their habit of claiming the hotel would be full "tomorrow" obviously not true and irritates.
