Recently updated home, wonderful views of Los Lobos and Monterrey Pinesiula, Kitchen well provisioned, wonderful seating areas. Only negative photos show fire in living room fireplace, property manager did not follow through on request for how to access. Also did not respond to to enquiry over how to handle recyclables vs trash for collection. These were small negatives for a wonder place we hope to return to in the future.

Absolutely beautiful! So peaceful. Perfect location to everything. The park in the backyard was a big hit to our little boy and we loved that the owners are Christian and glorify God with the artwork. We had an amazing weekend! Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us.

We absolutely adored this house. Beautifully remodeled and well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised that everything we needed was there. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood at the top of a hill with beautiful ocean views upstairs and down. We will definitely be back.

Poor communication from property management

I was under the impression when I did the rental online I had rented a 4bd 4ba property. I never received any communication via VRBO it was actually a 4bd 2.5ba. The property on the management website I believed I rented was their listing for 4bd 4ba. Upon arrival we discovered limitation of 2.5ba. And was very poorly handled on the part of the management. I Would never do business with them again. Other than the limited bathroom. Property was very nice condition

Amazing stay

This house definitely exceeded all of my expectations… It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortably appointed… The location is excellent. It is super close by to the downtown area and to the beaches… It is essentially adjacent to the beautiful scenic 17 mile drive and also grocery stores shopping etc The ocean view from many of the rooms in the house was literally jaw dropping pictures don’t do it justice Hope to return in the future

Family gathering along the coast

This fully remodeled 4-bedroom house was perfect for our group. We had plenty of seating in the comfortable living room and dining room to gather and socialize. The outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The bedrooms had quality linens and we enjoyed the garden on the property as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and the gift of a bottle of wine was a lovely touch. We really appreciated the many touch points received from the management company to confirm our reservation and provide check-in details. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Women’s 40th birthday weekend

The house was gorgeous. Super clean with breath taking views. Every bedroom was comfortable for guests. Lots of room outside in the back. I want to come back and bring my family. It was less than a mile to Carmel village. I highly would recommend. The pictures didn’t do this place justice.

Wonderful Experience

This property was immaculately maintained. It felt like visiting a family members house, and brought us a sense of familiarity while we were traveling in Carmel. The playground in the back was perfect for our toddler, and the rooms were spacious enough to allow everyone comfort. We can't wait to book at this home again soon.
