Propriété en front de mer avec une vue imprenable

Si vous êtes fatigué du chaos sur les plages animées, essayez cette plage isolée près de Carrabelle. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de maisons sur cette étendue de plage, vous serez donc quasiment seul ici. Pourtant, vous n'êtes qu'à 8-10 minutes de l'action à Carrabelle, Eastpoint, Appalacola ou St George Island.

La maison a été construite à l'origine par un homme riche et célèbre et il a mis toutes les finitions haut de gamme, donc l'endroit est magnifique. Le premier étage est surélevé à 22 pieds au-dessus de la marée haute et le deuxième étage, à 32 pieds, offrant une vue imprenable depuis toutes les fenêtres. Beaucoup de ponts et balcons La tuile de marbre est magnifique partout. D'immenses fenêtres laissent entrer toute la lumière. Un abri d'auto semi-ouvert est assez haut pour y placer un véhicule de plaisance et un grand bateau ou 4 véhicules. Il a une allée de pavé.

Il y a 4 chambres à coucher. Deux rois, une reine, une paire de lits superposés et un canapé-lit dans le grenier. 10 personnes. 3 chambres ont des balcons.

À marée basse, vous pouvez aller chercher votre petit-déjeuner dans les bassins à marée sans jamais laisser tomber un crochet. House a une table de nettoyage de poisson avec de l'eau. La crevette de la plage est incroyable.

Les enfants seront sans cesse fascinés par les bassins de marée à marée basse. À marée haute, l'eau est peu profonde pour environ 200 mètres. Les vagues se brisent facilement ici.

Si vous êtes en forme, prenez le kayak et explorez la côte. J'ai été vraiment surpris de voir à quel point il est facile de pagayer en kayak. Si vous vous ennuyez avec l'eau, parcourez les sentiers dans l'énorme parc national situé de l'autre côté de la rue. Si vous n’avez jamais quitté les lumières de la ville, assurez-vous de regarder la nuit sans lune pour voir plus d’étoiles que vous n’auriez jamais imaginées. Les aigles à tête blanche volent très bas et viendront jouer avec votre cerf-volant.

Vous avez une vue magnifique sur le golfe, l'île St George et l'île Dog, de l'autre côté du Sound. Les dauphins nagent régulièrement. C'est l'une des meilleures zones de pêche autour. De nombreux types d'oiseaux sont présents dans la région, notamment deux aigles.
Il existe tous les types d’activités: navigation de plaisance, pêche, kayak, natation, randonnée, visites de sites touristiques, observation des oiseaux, etc.

Wonderful location it’s secluded beach was great the house was amazing and the owner is a delight to do business with he is very responsive to the renters needs and questions , this is one of the cleanest places we have stayed at . Great location & property!
We enjoyed our stay at the paradise. Fantastic location right at the seashore makes it worth. The outside sitting area on the porch is perfect for watching ocean for hours.. The living room & kitchen are well appointed & all the bedrooms were clean and well maintained. Steve, the owner of the property was very nice to communicate with. He was very quick & responsive to our texts. Overall, a wonderful experience at a nicely secluded place in Carrabelle!! We enjoyed our time.

Great family vacation spot
Our family of teenagers, young adults, and parents thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location on the beach was the primary driver for us to pick this property. The fact that there are no big attractions, like theme parks, in the area encouraged a low key, family oriented vacation with beach games, wading in the shallow water, hunting for shells, metal detecting, pickleball in the driveway, and generally taking it easy. The owner was responsive when we reached out. We would stay again.

This a beautiful house with an amazing view! Multiple decks to relax and enjoy the scenery. Only issue I have is the road noise, it is louder than the ocean sometimes and the water coming from a well has little pressure. Owner was great to talk with and helped with any issues we had.

Perfect for Family / Privacy
The house was perfect size for our family of seven (5 teenagers). It was so nice and convenient to literally walk off the porch steps and onto the beach. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed complete privacy the 5 days we were there. While the beach is not as pristine as Panama City / Destin, we didn’t see a single person in either direction much less have to fight for a place to put our towels or endure a parade of people walking by in string bikinis or speedos. We didn’t have to worry about constantly being on alert watching the kids among a sea of people. Perfect for us to just enjoy time with our family. The kids loved being able to go out and kayak (provided by owner), exploring the whole area for shells and watch the hermit crabs play around. We did some surf fishing and caught a variety of different fish and was able to have fresh fish to eat for dinner. (The kids thought that was the coolest thing. ) The house itself was clean and well laid out for our family. It could use some cosmetic updating but everything worked and didn’t take away from our enjoyment of our time there. Keep in mind, this is a more remote area. So, your not going to find Publix and multitude of restaurants in the area so plan ahead. We found a fresh seafood market to buy fresh gulf shrimp and crab legs at very good prices and a couple of good local restaurants 10 min away. Overall a great place to stay if your looking for privacy and relaxing environment with great views

Long Graduation Weekend
We stayed here with family for two graduations at FSU over the weekend. It was a great alternative to Tallahassee hotels. Lots of beds to accommodate different schedules of family and friends coming and going. And the location on the beach was ideal. We spent most of our time on the large deck. The house is large and grand but the towels, decor and appliances are outdated or too worn. It could be really fabulous but is underwhelming. The beach and location are what make this a four star review. We understand the importance of security but trying to get people from 4 states to sign waivers and send DL photos is over the top and a burden.

Tidal Pool Excitement- Amazing beach front home!
Nature lovers dream! Easy family days at the calm beach and exciting nights catching crabs and fish in the tidal pools. Large living space, comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need for a great beach stay. Tons of beach toys and chairs. Kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks. Can take a long walk down the beach past other rental homes and even spot eagles from the pine trees. Thank you for sharing your beautiful waterfront home!!

We had to contact owner to bring housekeeping back the first day. Bed in master bedroom downstairs looked like someone had just laid in the sheets and same for bed upstairs on ocean side. The kitchen and den and laundry room had not been swept or mopped. The washing machine was out of order. We spent most of our first day addressing these issues. I will probably not stay here again.

With all the supplied equipment from kayaks to fishing poles there wasn't a dull moment during our stay. We seen Blue crabs, horse crabs, hermit crabs , sting rays and dolphins every day. I will recommend.

Great Escape!
Spent several weeks at this property while we were fishing offshore out of Carrabelle.. House was outstanding and perfect for our needs! Property is super comfortable, well-appointed both inside and beach/water fun wise, and the beachfront location is fantastic. Steve was extremely responsive (thanks Steve). We'll be back next year!

Great Stay - Great Location
We were very happy with our vacation home. We were missing some equipment for the toys. The owner sent paddles for the kayaks and paddleboard as soon as we let him know they were missing. That was more than expected and very much appreciated. The beach is right out the back door and during low tide we saw lots of fun sea critters. The neighbors we met were friendly and helpful. The area is filled with lots of fresh seafood. We ended up eating on St. George Island, East Point, Carrabelle. All fun adventures. We highly recommend thsi home.

Paradise Indeed
The property was just as described. Loved the privacy of the location. We took our Grandchildren ages 16, 13 and 5. The older kids loved to fish and kayak where the little one played in the white sand. It was perfect for all ages. The views from the house were spectacular! An elevator would have been nice for us old folks, lots of stairs!!!!!

We enjoyed our first visit to Carabelle and enjoyed the property. It was as listed. Just needs some updating in my opinion. But over all a good place to stay. Just as a warning. The water at the house is really hard and was unexpected when we got there. But we just went and got jugs of water for our coffee or if we needed it for cooking. We enjoyed the beach for our 1year old especially when the tide was super low. She loved it! Just be sure to bring some water shoes there are some rocks and shells but nothing terrible. Overall a great trip.

My family, which includes my husband, 2 toddlers, mother, and brother decided to book this property in rememberance of my father passing last year at this time. The location is secluded as advertised which is what we were looking for. Keep in mind that this means that the small patch of sand in the oceanfront is not maintained. Broken shells, debris, sharp sticks everywhere (watch your step). We had to drive to a different location for our kids to truly enjoy the beach. The house itself has not been upkept, the blinds were extremely old and discolored, the couches were worn, there was tape which held the remote together, the pots provided are old and burnt on the bottom. Humidity causes the AC unit to drip in the master bedroom which inconveniently is located right above the bed. I slept in a different room for this reason. The bathrooms were not clean. We did our due diligence to scrub the bathroom for the safety of our kids. There was brown residue inside of one of the bathtubs which we decided was best not to be used for the duration of the trip. All in all, the trip was memorable for sentimental reasons but we will not be booking at this location again.

It really is a paradise by the sea!
We had a great time! The house is exactly as described. The private beach & seclusion was awesome. Our kids had the to freedom to come & go as they wanted. The bed in the master was also very comfortable! We enjoyed the kayaks as well. We will definitely be back!
