Really nice hotel, its quiet,nice rooftop pool and very well located. The food is really good. The main strengh of the hotel is the personnel. Everyone was really nice but I have to mention that Edurdo, the concierge and Jairo, the manager, were very helpful. Edurdo always did follow ups to make sure everything was to our liking. we felt very safe. Jairo, at the front desk, was always available to answer our questions and to find a solution to our inquiries. I have no hesitation to recommend the hotel. My only concern is some rooms don't have a window looking outside so it could be very dark.

The property is lovely except they do not give out more than two small bottles of water after which you are charged for water. The tap water is not potable so they should not be charging for bottled water

Cold shower only for days, the property does not mention there are a ton of staircases to get to your room, not a good surprise when you have injuries. Unknown bug in my bed. The worst is the lack of any concern when informing the property of any challenges. For $500-$700 a night, the service should be welcoming and reassuring not dismissive. Do not recommend.

For the amount that we paid for this property, it was far far overrated. With their “complementary breakfast “you had to pay for water; in terms of their in room coffee they limit how much you can have free coffee (I’ve never experienced that before ever in my 18 years of travel), otherwise you had to pay, which is ridiculous. They don’t even have Kleenex in the hotel room, and I had to repeatedly ask for a spoon because they were not willing to give me a spoon. I get far better treatment and services and amenities at the Best Western for 1/3 of the price.

Nice place to relax and still enjoy the area.

Pleasant stay, everything is nearby. Has pool and spa pool with great view. Didn’t get a chance to try breakfast. I could never wake up early enough, probably because my room was very dark and stayed up really late

The thing that makes this property unique is Eduardo! All the staff was amazing, but Eduardo was just extra special! This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything was beautiful, clean and the staff was amazing at every step. Really.made oit trip that much.more special.

Property was everything you can want. Cleanliness is very important to me and they exceeded our expectations . Right in City Center. Close to everything. We did a girls trip but I would bring my husband and kids back here in a few months and stay here with them. We did massages one day and they were amazing.

Second time there and it’s still a 5 star boutique hotel. They added so many great upgrades since my last visit. An actual speak easy bar hidden within the walls of the front lobby only for hotel guests is a unique touch. The only downside is for my makeup ladies the lighting isn’t good in the bathroom for makeup.
