Beautiful property with swimming pool and tennis court located roughly 40km from Florence.
The property is a part of a large agricultural business managed directly by the owners: inside boasts large spaces while outside offers a fantastic swimming pool.
Guests can also use a tennis court/football pitch located roughly 50m from the villa.
The rental is composed of 4 units which are not internally connected and also offers a beautiful living area with a cinema area, a large fireplace, a small kitchen corner (microwave, American coffee maker, small dishwasher, espresso maker) and a children’s playroom with toys.
Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a chromotherapy shower and a bathroom with a shower.
The owners live upon the property but do not share the use of the outdoor spaces or the swimming pool.

A 2km stretch of good-condition dirt road reaches the property.

Die Bilder können nicht beschreiben, wie unglaublich schön das Anwesen ist. Die Familie ist sehr nett und stets freundlich. Sie stehen einem zu jedem Zeitpunkt mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön gepflegt und man kann für sich sein.
Das Anwesen ist auf jedenfall für alle Anlässe weiterzuempfehlen!!!
