The Eilen Estate, listed as a 3-star Tourist Residence in Cavalaire sur Mer, is at the gateway to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Nestled at the bottom of a splendid bay, Cavalaire sur Mer is at the entrance to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, between Lavandau and Sainte Maxime. The Eilen Estate chose to nestle 900m from the sea and its splendid bay, in a lovely residential setting. With its unobstructed view of the Provençal hinterland and its mainly south-facing aspect, the estate offers you a state-of-the art villa with non-heated individual swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-November, depending on the weather), installed on a private estate. The villa is luxuriously furnished and fully equipped. You will find a decorative fireplace in the living room, a luxury kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, a washing machine and dryer. The villa disposes of three bedrooms, of which one with a double bed and two with each two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The villa has a covered patio and a very large garden with a large private pool. The size of the garden is 200 m². There is also a parking spot and garage next to the villa. *It is obligatory to pay for electricity when staying in the period from November, 5 until March, 26: €60 per week.
