"Die Check-in Formalitäten sind sehr unüblich. Bis Mitte des Anreisetages hatten wir keine Check-in Informationen. Ohne permanentes Internet wurde es unmöglich jemanden zu erreichen. Die Informationen werden erst Mitte Nachmittag versendet was eindeutig zu kurz ist. 24 Stunden vorher wären Voraussetzung. Bis wir schliesslich in der Wohnung waren, vergingen 1.5 Stunden. Die Betreuung und Informationen zum Objekt durch die erschienene Frau war sehr dürftig und italienischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt. Das Auschecken ist wiederum sehr umständlich da zuerst aus der Garage gefahren werden muss und dann den ganzen Weg durch den Park ins Haus gelaufen und in den 18. Stock um die Schlüssel zu deponieren. Ach ja; und diese Information erhielten wir um 09.19 wie wir bereits unterwegs waren, knappe 2 Stunden vor Check-out.
Top: Lage oben im 18. Stockwerk mit super Aussicht.
Grosszügige Wohnung, Das Auto kann ich abgeschlossener Garage geparkt werden.
Flop: Check-in / Check-out. Lieblos ausgestattete Wohnung, eher für Partys geeignet. Sauberkeit und Zustand sind teilweise Mangelhaft: Storen funktionieren nicht. Sonnenstoren sind gerissen. Radiator ist rostig. Der WC-Deckel war bereits angerissen da die Befestigung einseitig fehlte und wurde uns nun sogar in Rechnung gestellt. Die Garage war völlig dreckig und mit Altmaterial verstellt.
