Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück ,sehr grosse Auswahl. Frisches Obst e.c....Suite war sehr sauber, Pool wunderbar .Wir kommen gerne wieder, wir hatten eine Wunderbare Zeit.

Der tolle Grillabend mit Musik war ausgezeichnet👍. Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war gut ‚ etwas Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen ‚ z.b. Fisch am Morgen hat mir persönlich gefehlt. Schönes Hotel ‚ kommen gerne wieder

Grosszügiges, gepflegtes Hotel mit gutem Service

Das Cretan Dream Royal Hotel liegt Eingangs Stalos und somit noch nicht direkt an der "Touristenmeile". Daher recht ruhig. Man hört einzig die nahe Strasse, die auch überquert werden muss, um zum Strand zu gelangen. Die Hotelanlage erstreckt sich rund um einen grossen, gepflegten Garten. Die Lage des Pools mit der Pool-Bar ist toll. Der Pool bildet mit Meer eine Linie und von der Bar hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Der Empfang war "professionell" freundlich. Nicht ganz so herzlich wie in einem kleineren, familienbetriebenen Hotel. Unser Zimmer (Nr. 314) war sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet sowie sauber. Es hatte einen abgetrennten Wohnbereich mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile sowie einen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Zur Begrüssung standen eine kleine Flasche Weisswein und ein einige Früchte bereit. Der Service war sehr gut. Das Frühstückbuffet bot was das Herz begehrt. Es kann drinnen aber auch draussen gegessen werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Überaus freundliches Personal, hochwertige Materialien, großräumige Zimmer alle mit Meerblick, ausgezeichnete Küche!

Very well kept property with a wonderful pool and even more wonderful staff. Food for breakfast is fantastic and very reasonably priced cocktails around the pool. The only downside is the number of smokers which meant it was rather unpleasant to sit on the balcony. This is not the hotels fault though!

Nice, clean, quiet. Very good food, good service. Chania and Platanias are reachable with frequent bus services.

This is an average experience and ok hotel. Nothing special. Looks like the pictures. Outside areas are nice but no chance to get a tanning bead because people are rude and occupy all seats with their towels for the whole day as they leave the area. Cleaning staff is bad and rude. Some of the reception staff is very rude but not all. Food is average. No decent bus connections to the airport so taxi is the only option 35-40 one way.
