This apartment was bigger and more comfortable than it looked in the listings ng. Very comfortable beds, great location with coffee shops and yummy restaurants within walking distance or an easy drive to the river front. Thank you!

Spacious Apartment
This property was really nice. It is an older home and had some leaning to it like some of the other reviews have mentioned but I didn’t feel unsafe in the home. Checkin was super easy and they keep in contact with you throughout your stay. Having a washer a dryer was also nice! The apartment was spacious and was pretty clean. We did notice some weird stains on the couch and curtains. It also has carpet in the bedrooms which are stained. For being such an older home it was a lovely place to stay. It does have stairs that are steep but we didn’t have a problem with it. Charming neighborhood with some walkable restaurants. It is about a 30minute walk down to the main streets but is a very quick Uber drive. Overall we had a wonderful time and I would book this place again.

Charming, historic apartment in great location
A friend and I escaped for a long weekend to Charleston, and this apartment was a perfect landing spot. This is a historic building with tall ceilings, huge windows and cute farmhouse-esque decor. Crisp white, clean linens, sparkling clean — albeit tight — bathroom and spacious dining and living areas. Three cars can comfortably fit in the driveway including renters in the downstairs apt but coordination was no big deal at all. Perhaps my favorite part, since our stay was in broiling July: fantastic air conditioning! Would absolutely stay again. Also loved the binder of recommendations — we hit almost all! Fun, relaxing stay. Thank you, Vacasa team! Y’all rocked!

Spent time at Folly Beach then to Charleston. Charleston is beautiful. House was nice. Kitchen could use a few more basic things and bathroom is extremely small, but overall a nice place. Worked well for us.

Few issues
This could be a cute place however you can't make people comfortable with a few decor items from Homegoods. The overall condition of this property is deplorable. It's a very old home that has gotten no meaningful updates including structural. One of the two bedrooms has a sloping floor and a crack in the ceiling, I can't really say I felt safe there. The listing says two sofa beds, there was only one so my husband was forced to sleep on a trundle. Not fun. The only bathroom has the toilet literally four inches from the sink so both are hard to use. It's the classic example of the vacation rentals owned for income only not to make people comfortable. The location was good, and it was clean. I would not stay here again.

We loved the old, elegant style of the townhouse. Great dining and living room spaces. Bathroom was very small and bed arrangement was awkward for a group but would suit better for a family with children. The two queen size beds are in one room and the day bed is in a smaller adjoining room. House is in need of some repair but overall enjoyed our stay.

Great location and a charming house but...
This house is very charming and in a wonderful neighborhood and was very clean.However,it needs some tic from the owner.Lots of little things that could really be fixed with a little time and effort.Things like pealing paint, doors that don't close, cracks in the caulking around sinks,a wobbly toilet and loose and crooked curtain rods.These are all little things that could and should be easily fixed, especially for the price that is being charged to stay there.This really could be a fantastic place to stay with a little elbow grease.

Roomy and comfortable
Beautiful spacious apartment close to Great restaurants and walkable to both MUSC and the VA hospital, as well as the historic area of downtown Charleston. Very clean and well appointed. I found the check in process a bit confusing as I got emails from both VRBO and Vacasa but didn't realize you actually had to go to their website to check in for entrance instructions. After that initial confusion, it was very easy to stay in touch with them via text message. Highly recommend.

Had a girls trip and the apartment was in a great location. The apartment had an ant problem which then resulted to ants in the bed I was sleeping in. Other than the ants great place. We had an amazing time in Charleston.
