Good value. No airport shuttle, so factor taxi/Uber costs when comparing rates. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Staff was fine. Water pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was fine—a good selection of teas was a plus. I’d def stay here again if the rates are comparable to other similar options.

When I arrived the desk looked empty but the woman was standing on the side but and never said a word. Then a gentleman came and he helped us. The hotel was ok. The breakfast was horrible and only 1 elevator the took forever.

Everything was as expected for a Hyatt hotel. Had to extend the stay by a day, due to snow and ice conditions in Charleston, South Carolina. We awoke to 4 inches of snow and ice. Hyatt was able to extend our stay and we’re very hospitable.
