The home has been well-updated. Each room had very nice beds. We had 4 people staying and the space was just big enough. Even though there are 3 bedrooms, it would be a tight squeeze for 6 adults to stay there, only because the living space and kitchen are very small. Since we were out and about each day, it wasn't too much of an issue. We did appreciate the white noise machines in each bedroom because outside noise was easy to hear. The machines helped alleviate that small concern. The location was convenient to many local restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The staff was very easy to contact with any questions and responded quickly.
It was absolutely perfect. It was very close to MUSC childrens hospital where we needed be as our grandson is there on the cardiac floor. Thank you so much for a beautiful place to call home for a a very hard week.
We had to drive to get everywhere. It took us about 8 minutes to get to where the restaurants and shopping and everything else were in a car. Other than that, the place was nice. Just too far away.
The Julep Suite was perfect! We loved the updated bathrooms and cleanliness. Itâs in a great location to all things downtown and we felt safe. I also appreciate (and prefer) hardwood floors (no carpet), which The Julep Suite gives you. We arrived a little early with food and were allowed to check in with the help of customer service. When I come back to Charleston, I would stay here again.
Overall, our stay was fine. Unfortunately, there was difficulty checking in because the codes did not work. The refrigerator had issues cooling, the lights flickered in the living area, and there was no hand towel in one of the bathrooms for drying our hands. Despite these inconveniences, the staff was very polite and responsive to our needs. The place was clean and in a convenient location. I would not recommend a 3rd floor stay if youâre hauling a lot of luggage/food.
Great amenities and the property was clean and well kept. The team was also very responsive when we had questions. Could have used more seating in the living room for the amount of guests. We had a great time!
This property was perfect for our girls weekend. We felt safe and secure with locks at the entry door and the door to our apartment. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and inviting. It was wonderful having a washer/dryer available after a surprise rainstorm. It was so easy checking in and out. We appreciated the contact checking in to see if there was anything we needed. The dedicated parking spot was time-saving.
Our first visit to Charleston in 20 years. Our family doesnât always do well cramming into a hotel room. We chose this condo unit with hopes to spread out a bit and loved the 3 bedrooms. We were located in a great spot and a short drive to carriage rides, the market, and Sullivans Island, Charleston Southern University, etc. We took in the typical tourist stops as well as toured CSU as my daughter considers college next year. No issues whatsoever but we knew with their excellent communication, the rental team was there if we needed anything.
The property itself is modern and cute plus clean as can be. The communication with management was top notch. One of the best parts was the location as it was walkable and far from the busy streets so it wasnât as loud. We really enjoyed our stay!
We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, including to King St! Calmer area with nearby restaurants and small grocery markets. Gets you all of the hustle and bustle, but plenty of vibe around the area!
The location was good and fairly safe. I would caution that the third floor unit in the front of the building makes bringing luggage in and out difficult. The unit could use some insulation and new windows. Management was helpful.
