The hotel is in a great location and the view from the room was beautiful; but for the price I paid, this experience left ALOT to be desired. On day one of my stay the bathroom door didn’t close all the way and despite repeatedly calling the front desk nobody came to fix it or offer to move us to another room. For what I paid you would expect basic amenities like a microwave in your room but this room didn’t have one. Came down with me and my girlfriend’s luggage when we checked out only to find no luggage cart. For a hotel of this size, they need more than just two. We were forced to carry all of our luggage down to the street and that’s just not good enough. The positives are that the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was of good quality. They just need to be better with their customer service

Your location is great! The staff is very friendly and willing to assist. Unfortunately our experience in the room was less than what we expected. There are several signs that the wall switch controls the blinds. But one of the two blinds did not work. It was impossible to sleep with all the city lights so we reluctantly manually pulled the shade down. The next morning I reported the non working shade, the very slow draining bathroom sink, and the refrigerator was freezing my fresh food. (Yes, I looked for an adjustment but there was none inside the refrigerator or where I could access on the outside). The reception staff said maintenance was due to work any minute and would come up to our room first. After an hour, they had not showed and we had an appointment. I stopped by the desk to let them know we would be out but they were welcome to come inside to fix it. When we returned several hours later, nothing had been done. When I inquired again, the maintenance men finally came. They said they fixed everything. Well, it was fixed for a few minutes. That evening. The water backed up and the shade would not come down. I pulled my fresh food from the refrigerator figuring it wasn’t working right either. My husband diligently kept trying to get the shade come down since we did not want to manually pulled it down again. He finally got it to inch down and close. It would not raise up in the morning.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND COMFY BEDS

O had an amazing time there. Staff was friendly and informative upon check in. Even at shift change staff was very accommodating and helpful despite the bustle of the crowd. I decided to extend my stay at the last minute and they still weren’t rude about the extension or room change. DEFINITELY will be returning

At the Epi Center, able to walk to everything! Convenient. Took a uber to Target and Marshall’s. Ubers were $7 and less. Airport was about 16 min away.

We have stayed in Aloft with good results but not the case here. No one refreshed the room the second day, i.e. no cleaning, no bed making, no amenities (ex coffee) replenishing, i.e. no house keeping. Bath towels were small and body wash in the shower was empty. When the wash was brought to the attention of the staff, a relacement was left un the room but not installed. Unfortunately a poor experience.

Room was spacious & clean with cozy beds. The lobby has so much more than you’d expect with a game room & viewing room in the back. The front desk, kitchen & bar staff were aMAZING. They definitely elevated the experience. 8/10 because the service was slow with limited equipment but the staff hospitality made up for it.
