Although we had a rough check in no fault of hotel we did not have a “actual bank” Debit card. They do not accept PayPal, cash App, One Bank, etc. It has to be a card from a bank you can “walk into”. Overall the stay was comfortable, locations was a way enough from heavy traffic but close enough to get to anything you wanted in uptown.

Property owners have not invested a penny back into this property. Elevator buttons do not work, if your room is on the 4th floor you have to go up to the 6th and take the stairs back down to the fourth. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was also clean. Beware of the shuttle service. I waited at the shuttle pickup station for over 45 mins and once I called the hotel they said the shuttle service stops at 9:00 pm…… So expect a $35.00 cab ride to the hotel from the airport. Good location but I would never personally stay there again. Very dated property !

I like they allowed me to check in early. I was there three days and not once was my room cleaned nor fresh towels and linen. Hotel was very dated. Walls are too thin. I could hear hear everything going on in my neighbors room. Had to call security twice because of the noise. They do not place a deposit hold they actually charge your card then reimburse the fees. Still haven't gotten my reimbursement.

Because our flight was 2 hours late, we arrived at 2:20 am and had to be out at 6:30 am. we didn't have time to take showers or anything, but the bathroom was old and not in the best of shape. There wasn't much for breakfast in the morning.

The hallway carpets were disgusting and stained. The bed wasn’t bad to sleep on but very small. The walls, bathroom and built in tables had stains/dirt marks everywhere. We could hear everything through the door, so loudly that it sounded like people were in the room. The dog across the hall barked throughout the night.

The airport shuttle is first come, first serve. It is run on the hour, if the driver gets there on time. You need to submit your name ahead of time, the morning of. Also, if you arrive after 9 PM at the airport, don't bother thinking you will be picked up. They 'recently changed their policy', which has not been updated at all online, anywhere. The staff was friendly enough, and try to be helpful, but it seems they are being hampered in their efforts. I would suggest staying at another hotel.

I would never stay there again. They switched me into three rooms, three different ones. Each room was worser than the other one. Each one of the couches in the room look like they had all kind of nut stains and other kind of different color stains on every couch and every other room TVs didn't work until the rooms. It's just somewhere I would never go again

Don’t get trapped !!!

Very dirty and out dated. Carpets dirty doors banged up. Key did not work. Elevators not working properly. Could take one to go up, and the other one o go down at the other end of the building . creepy place. Breakfast, kept running out of supplies. 2ed worst room we ever had , Disgusting for a Wyndham brand Hotel. Remodel or tear it down.

The carpet is disguising throughout the hotel and there is mold on the walls in the entry way. Only one elevator worked to get to the the guest floors and I was told people had been trapped in it within the week. The light switch in the bathroom had mold on it, the sheets had red spots, and the mini fridge was not clean. The staff was not very friendly either when the key to the first room I was given did not work.

Not so good location, everything is dated really needs a major renovation. The beds are old and you can feel the springs in the mattress. It smells, carpet is really dirty, microwave was dented and stopped working twice, they came to fix it and I was asked to jerk the cord and it will work. Staff was okay but needs to be customer oriented and more inviting.

Overall my stay was okay. It was sad that there basically was only carbs for breakfast (waffle, bagel, bread, muffin, cereal). There was a pancake maker thing, but it was out of order. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. One of the elevators didn’t go to two of the floors (it did go to my floor). Though they say the property is smoke free…let’s just say it didn’t smell like it. The room was okay, but you can really start to tell the age of the hotel from the outside, as well as the hallways. Also the ice machine didn’t work on my floor.
