We booked a 3 night stay and only stayed one night.The room was dirty black stuff in the cabinets,stuff on the floor,black curly hair all stuck in the towels, hair in the draws in the bathroom, hair in the sheets, hair in the blankets, hair stuck on the walls in the bathroom. We got complained on within a hour of being there by a guy under us saying we walking to loud and he was trying to sleep for work.The floors are thin.What really aggravated me was next morning went to breakfast and the breakfast wasn’t very good, French toast wasnt cooked and eggs was watery and some guy was putting his hands in the toppings instead using the tongs. I ended up going to front desk to get more towels before I even grabed them I already see hair stuck in them.I said to the lady do yall not wash the towels?She said idk she just bought those to me and that was literally all she said as im looking thru the towels.Not offering no other towels not apologizing.So I’m even more grossed out and aggravated.Went back to breakfast and same guy that was in the topping was being weird and creeping around the corner and keep looking at us.I just wrote it off but then we kept seeing him creeping in other rooms and around corner.We decide to check out.same lady said after she gave me the towels and I left she went to check the other towels & 8 out of 10 had hair stuck in them.i gave my info to front desk to give to the manager who not there & still haven’t heard back.will be calling unacceptable!!

Before checking in I spoke to the hotel about early check in. I explain to them that my flight was changed due to weather. They told me I was fine to come in early. When arriving to the hotel the clerk told me that there is no early check in. Then asked me who told you that because that is not true with an attitude. So I had to wait 3 hrs outside the hotel in my car. Around 3pm I walked back in the hotel to use the restroom and a Spainsh guy asked a manager about early check and they accommodated him. Then I looked over at the clerk and she said ''oh yeah I think I may have something for you ''. I feel like I was treated unfair because I am black and she had no expectations on giving a room . Only because me seeing the unfair treatment she offered me a room to check in a hour prior to my check in time.
