Located on a farm close to the owners' residence, this gîte offers you an authentic immersion in the countryside. With an independent entrance, you access a kitchen open to a living-dining room, creating a convivial space. A wooden staircase leads upstairs, where you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x200), as well as a bathroom with private WC. Note that heating is extra. The Gîte benefits from an ideal location for discovering the treasures of the region. Soak up history at the Medieval City of Pérouges, marvel at the many species of the Bird Park of Villars-les-Dombes, and explore the mysteries of the Caves of La Balme. Meximieux, with its church and its wooden stalls, offers an insight into the local heritage. For outdoor enthusiasts, several golf courses and rivers ideal for fishing are nearby. The Plaine de l'Ain Industrial Zone is also easily accessible for professional customers, just 10 minutes away. Riders are also welcome, with suitable reception facilities. If you are traveling in a larger group, the owners also offer three other gîtes on the same property, Le Soja, which can accommodate 4 people, Le Colza, with a capacity of 4 people and Le Blé, which can accommodate up to 7 people.
