The pics on the website aren’t remotely accurate, maybe at one time but not anymore. Towels had holes in them and bedsheets were stained.
Main issue by far is the manager (possibly owner). I booked a King room with sofa bed and the room myself and gf were given had no pull out couch. Went to manager office around 11pm and he comes out in a dirty white tee shirt, lounge shorts and bare feet. Immediately tells me I’m wrong and Expedia is wrong about the room being existent at all but they have a King Premium that’s an extra $20 with a jetted tub. He will not give me a room with a sofa bed like advertised and that I paid for. He argued and yelled and I finally gave in and was going pay for the "nicer” room. He then only charges me $10 extra and acts like it was the favor of the century. All this on top of requiring an ADDITIONAL $100 deposit because I used Apple Pay and had no physical card for him to hold onto (also originally said they didn’t take Apple Pay at all until I just tapped my phone and low and behold it worked). Overall terrible experience and awful customer service to say the least. Wish 0 stars was an option but I digress.
