I’m disabled so walking what felt like forever to just check in and then to be put on the forth floor at the very end was terrible. The bathroom had to be cleaned by me when I arrived it wasn’t very clean:( the room it’s self was just nasty really for the money and it was our first time ever staying at the hotel part, then the next morning there was no breakfast at most resorts or nice hotels so we got a tea at your Starbucks in your hotel and it made me so sick I thought I was going to pass out in the bathroom when the cleaner person knocked on the door an hour before check out and told us we had to leave I couldn’t leave at the moment so sick we came home and I’ve been sick the last 2 days so I don’t think for the money it was worth it it wasn’t what i expected to charge a resort fee for what ? You had to park a mile away walk 2 miles to your room and then pay for over priced food and drink because there wasn’t even a muffin a waffle nothing and get so sick you have not even been able to eat for a few days since so i absolutely would not recommend this hotel I’m so disappointed I don’t think I will ever stay with your hotel again terrible experience!!!
